Jessica helped me with two vehicles that were sadly in separate collisions. Both vehicles work was amazing, turn around was spectacular, communication was on point. Both vehicles paint and body work came out to our liking and we’re picky. Definitely recommend work performed from body shop.

Surprised my son with getting the dents and repainting his hood. It came out spectacular! It looks like new and it’s a 2000! 100% recommended! Jess in the front and the manager(forgot his name) were both professional and kind! Great place! We will be back!

Had my vehicle brought after a fender bender and had heard about Caliber upon recommendation from my colleague. I was a bit frazzled after the accident but the manager Melvin and Jess were so kind and helpful in person and during every step of the process. My car was repaired and looks like the day I first got it. I will definitely recommend Caliber to my family and friends and come back when my vehicle needs some work.

I had my car taken to this location as it was a recommendation via my insurance platform. However, the lack of communication and disregard for peoples time is maddening. I called the location several times to check on my car, and they had transported it to a different location without my consent and without notifying my insurance. It turned out this location was not capable of doing the repairs and would have had to transport my car to ANOTHER location. This was a giant waste of time. They did nothing except house my car for a day and made me worry because I had no idea who or where my car was. I will be filing a formal complaint, as this wasted my time and resources. I had my car towed to this location and they never should have accepted my car if it was an issue they could not fix or diagnose.

I recently took my car in to Caliber Collison on MLK after bring rear ended. The team at CC couldn't have made the process for the repairs I needed any easier or more smooth. They only had my cars for 4days, impressive since I needed a whole new front and back end. They diligently sent me updates from start to finish. This was my first time ever having to take a car to an auto body shop. They even (and without prompting) helped me better navigate both the insurance claim process and rental car process. Special note of appreciation to Jess, who actually remembered my car's name at intake and made it point to always reference my car by her name in all our communications. This may seem silly to some if not most, but for me, those little attention to details is a mark of genuine customer care and service. As far as the actual body shop work, the quality of work was solid, and in the end, they even detailed my car!

The whole team at Caliber was fantastic. They were in constant communication with me regarding parts, estimated time of completion and my overall satisfaction of the work done. In a day and age of poor customer service, Caliber renewed my faith. Their work on my car was second to none as well. The paint was blended beautifully and I can’t even tell where they did the work. Maybe most importantly, the car was perfectly clean when returned to me. No dust, no trash, nothing. They returned my car MUCH better than I gave to them

I do not recommend this place when it comes from the insurance company, they took months to give me a response and they had no communication whatsoever. I had to be the one who had to come personally for 2 months so that in the end they only told me that they could not arrange the parts. careless installation and a smell of rat pee

Always a less-than-ideal situation if you’re looking for auto body shops, but Melvin, Monica, and the whole team at this location are top notch. Courteous, knowledgeable, and quick. Would 100% recommend coming here for any auto body work!

Very professional & helpful. Monica was amazing communicating with me about my vehicle while at caliber collision & Melvin as well...he made sure everything was taken care of with my insurance company & the rental car company making My experience a little easier, which I appreciated. He followed up on things like he said he would in a timely manner & had my car washed and ready for pick up looking perfect again when ready. This shop is very efficient & I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
