My daughter's car was attacked by hail. It looked like a bunch of monkeys with hammers and a nervous condition were trapped in a room with it, and the sign on the wall read, "Knock if you want to get out!" Anyway, it was a total loss but the service was great.

I brought my car in for hail damage and my expectations were exceeded. So, when you had a fender bender a couple of months ago and I can’t say enough about quality and customer service. As a side note, Mr. Scott the manager not only oversaw my repairs he called me on a follow up to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I would not hesitate to return to Calibre Collision in the future.

Several days after the repair for hail damage, when I attempted to fill up with gas I found the cable was no longer connected to the fuel latch & I could not open it to fill up. I was stranded in Lockhart in 100 degrees. When I returned the car to Caliber the repair was done quickly but I was informed they didn’t cause the issue. That was insulting considering I was directed to fill up the tank before dropping off the car. That was the last thing I did before turning it over to Caliber. It was certainly working then!

Came in for an estimate as one of my quarter panels was loose - they found that it was only a clip or two and fixed it for me while I was waiting in their lobby! So glad to see such immaculate customer service in this industry.

Caliber Collision on Kramer Lane, Austin TX As a GEICO authorized service center Caliber Collision did an excellent job providing customer service and a flawless repair. They even helped facilitate the rental car.

First time I went to get a quote, they told me I had to make an appointment. I made an appointment a week later since that's how busy they were. When I got there they could not get me the full quote. I had videos and potcures as well if the inside of my bumper that was damage. They said until they take it apart they can't quote. Wasted my 2 days with them. Don't bother with them. Ketan

The team at Caliber has always taken good care of our vehicles. (That’s more than I can say about those other yahoos down the way.) They kept me in the loop so I always knew what stage my repair was in. Great experience.
