Dropped my wifes 2016 VW GTi for some back bumper repair. Was worried about color match since the car is red but it came out near perfect. Detron kept me informed and car was done better than i could of hoped. Dropped off my 2006 rabbit in december 2024 and got it back january 2025. Dropped 2 stars on the review only because the tech that worked on my older car didn't care about it. The wrong hardware was used on the top side of my fender and it detached when i got on the highway and started flopping around. They did fix an issue with my ignition switch, but now my key gets stuck. There was a few other issues with tape being left on my seat which left glue on it and other things. If you have a newer car i think they'll do alright but if you have an older car take it elsewhere.

Great Service at Caliber Collision - East Colonial No one wants to need a collision center, but if you do, Caliber Collision on East Colonial is a solid choice. The staff was professional and made the process easy. A big thank you to DJ, our service advisor, for keeping us informed and making sure we understood everything. The real standout was Teri-Marie. She checked us out when our car was ready, walked us through the repairs and warranty, and answered all our questions. Despite handling multiple customers and a difficult tow truck driver, she stayed calm and focused. What a wonderful person, so glad to have met her. The work was excellent, and our car looks great. If you need repairs, Caliber Collision on East Colonial is a good place to go, especially if you get Teri-Marie.

I haven't had to do repairs to any of my cars in a long time until someone rear-ended me recently. The customer service I received from the front desk to my wonderful service advisor, Teri-Marie, was top notch and ultra professional. I was kept updated and never in the dark in the repair process and this location has an awesome open door policy for all questions and concerns. I would recommend them and (knock on wood) if I'm in another accident, I will have them take care of my needs.

This place makes you feel comfortable even though your vehicle was involved in a crash. From the time I arrived, I was received with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude from everyone. Most car service places aren’t as friendly or tend to be just about business. The desk clerk was so kind to empty a small box for me to load my miscellaneous items from car to transport to the rental. I was immediately greeted by service advisor Teri-Marie with a pleasant smile. I mentioned that I was cold and she quickly brought a heater up front to warm the area I was sitting at-so thoughtful. She thoroughly explained the process and kept me updated with my vehicle via text messages. I received my vehicle back a day earlier than expected. I was not expecting what happened next but my vehicle was delivered to me washed and cleaned. Miss Teri went over everything that was done to the vehicle with ease and patience. The car was fixed to my expectation and delivered as promised. Caliber Collision have spectacular people working for them and I wish other car service places could learn from them about customer service. Friendly tip: maybe have branded bags or boxes that people can use to bundle up their belonging from vehicle.

Outstanding customer service. Car was repaired as good as new. Car was ready when promised and detailed inside and out. The customer service at the front desk was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. The Advisor was awesome and communicated via text almost daily. This one of the best experiences I have had with customer service anywhere in a long time. Highly recommend. This is how customer service should be everywhere.

Had a great experience with service advisor Angie, she was amazing and a great asset to the company. Very professional and knowledgeable in her field and position. This place is pretty busy, however, the work that they did was fast and very clean. The vehicle was fixed in in a shorter time than promised. In the vehicle looks in perfect condition. This service representative were excellent and kept me posted of the entire process.

I was already upset about my car and what had happened to it. When I walked in Angie greeted me and I knew I was in good hands. She was amazing throughout my whole experience. She kept me updated through the process and answered any questions I had. If I ever have to go back here, I hope I have Angie as my service advisor.
