Brad went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful! My car went in for repairs after an accident and was finished in a timely manner and when my battery needed to be replaced he took all the necessary precautions to make sure it was the issue and brought my car back to my home. Thank you so much Brad for your outstanding work and patience, you made the process so much less stressful and my car is as good as new 😁

Overall, it was a good experience. However, after getting my car back, there were some minor scratches and blemishes on my car that weren't there before.

Well here I am six months after writing my first negative review and removing it just a circle back with a whole new scenario. Brad, the manager has been pretty pleasant with me, but I’ve been extremely unpleased with the services provided by the mechanics department. This place has given back my vehicle to me in unsafe conditions three times now. They have paid me to have an inspection elsewhere where the notes were that there were bolts and nuts missing from the one part they replaced while missing other parts. Took my vehicle into another shop to get brakes and then I couldn’t get my vehicle back to me due to it being not fit/unsafe for the road due to the front left wheel bearing being incorrectly installed or “ manufacturer error” as caliber calls it. So after they accepted responsibility and had to drive over to my shop, my shop does even more inspections and finds out my subframe bolt has snapped off, which was the original issue why I was bringing it back into caliber multiple times. Last time I brought it into the shop, they quoted me 4 days for repairs and weirdly “had it fixed” the next day.. they wanted to be done with me but unfortunately if you don’t do your job correctly and finish what you start you’re going to have only returning angry customers. I reopened my claim on Wednesday and have any communications with the manager, my insurance, and the second shop. I spoke with Brad on the phone and they absolutely claimed that the issue seemed to stem from the original accident which was originally brought to them to be fixed. But after talking to my insurance rep and wondering why my car hasn’t been set for an appointment or to be fixed yet I come to find out that caliber is trying to tell me one thing and then tell my insurance that they don’t claim responsibility. So now I’m forced to make my own appointment manually pay for a rental car out-of-pocket, and bring it into caliber and force them to confront their shotty and have them finish what they started and bill my insurance. I have an appointment Thursday morning, but I’ll be there first thing Monday morning to get this figured out in person so will update this review

I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone with their car repair needs! Thankfully the damage that was done to my car was superficial, and Timothy was able to give me multiple options at different price points. He was very transparent about fees and any risks with either option. We ended up doing the cheaper route (just a buff out of the paint transfer) and at the end of the service, he reassured me that this repair took no time at all and it was on the house. I have heard so many horror stories about mechanics and repair shops taking advantage of people, and this shop really blew my mind. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you again to Timothy and everyone at Collision Caliber for your help today!

This repair shop has great ratings, but I did not receive great customer service. They over promise and under deliver on estimated completion dates. They also have a problem contacting the customer on agreed upon dates and times. You have to call them multiple times to get a response. They need to research the availability of parts before giving an estimated completion date. In my case my vehicle was in their shop for months because of a back-ordered part that they did not research. The back-ordered part is not their fault, but not researching is definitely their fault. When you have your inspection appointment they should order the parts, so when you turn your vehicle in for repair 2 weeks later the parts are on their way. They do not do this, they wait until you turn in your vehicle. I was given multiple estimated completion dates and had to call each time to get an update after the completion date had passed. The overall repair is fine. It looks and functions great. I would not recommend Caliber Collision in Saint Johns.

Chain supply problems were very frustrating. It took me 3 1/2 months to get my car back, which apparently is becoming the normal at other body shops. Danielle at Caliber Collision gave me updates whenever possible. What is greatly appreciated is that the car is warrantied for any repairs associated to my accident for the life of the car as long as it is my car.

I rated this shop a 1 start a few days ago. I've decided to edit my review because something I do value as a customer is the willingness of a place to improve and try their best to make things right for their clients. They've had my car for over a month, but Brad has personally taken care of my issues and has addressed them with professionalism and empathy. They have tried their best to speed the process so I can have my car back soon. Overall, I appreciate feeling respect and seeing as a customer and as a person.

My car was t-boned by a cyclist, my insurance suggested Caliber Collision for repairs and I'm so glad they did. The manager is super professional and transparent, and explained the entire repair process to me up front when I dropped my vehicle off. The receptionist called the rental car company to come pick me up to get my rental. I received two or three text updates about where my car was in the repair process every week. I ended up needing an entire new door, and the entire right side of my car buffed polished and painted. My car was ready to be picked up in just over two weeks, and the bill was only $2600 which I was shocked to see. They did a great job communicating with my insurance company to get the repairs paid for. My car looks like it was never even damaged, they did a fantastic job and I will be recommending them to anybody I know in the area that needs bodywork done.

Fast and communicative about every step in the repair process. I've had my car broken into twice in the last few months and Caliber has done a great job repairing my vehicle each time. If you rent through Enterprise, they will shuttle you to the rental location and you can drop off your rental back at Caliber, which is incredibly convenient. Danielle and the rest of the team are very thorough and do a great job making what could be a huge headache into a very easy and stress-free process.
