I was able to make an online appt, where I gave the make and model of my vehicle, received a confirmation email and upon entry into the establishment, the front desk staff let me know that they no longer do work on the make of my vehicle, which was odd considering I had just been there a few month prior due to someone backing into my parked car. When I had expressed frustration to her on my ability to make an appt and perhaps it would be a nice change corporate made to their website to not allow someone with the same make of my vehicle to schedule an appt. , she let me know in a not so kind manner that she did not control what corporate does. She had no empathy that I had just driven 20 mins to the establishment and took no responsibility for the company's actions.

It may seem impossible to love a collision shop, but we love this place. They make the process easy, have nice people, rental car arrangements… you name it. Wreck? This is the place to sort it out.

I just called up to Calibre Collision because I have used these guys in the past and they were always great. But when I called regarding an appt time, they said I was down for a time, but then when the time came they said I wasn't on the schedule. Then they said it would be another 2 1/2 weeks before they could work me back in. The the lady started pressuring me to give up my insurance company info so they could "know if they could work with them". I asked why if it's out of pocket and she said so they could prepare the estimate. I said if you are going to charge more because I listed my insurance company then I don't want that on there. To which she replied, no, it will always be MORE if you pay out of pocket. So I'm like, okay, this smells so scammy now and the customer service was just so awful that I can no longer recommend this place to anyone.

The Caliber Collision team, especially Bruce, did a phenomenal job at repairing my vehicle. It was returned good as new, down to every last detail! Bruce was thorough in answering questions, keeping me up to date on timeline, and explaining the process on their end. The entire team was extremely kind from start to finish. Having it returned with the interior and exterior cleaned was the icing on top of the cake! 12/10 recommend!

Lindsey Hiers is a 🌟… managing my repairs, keeping me informed and updated and going above and beyond in her support! Hoping my car stays “together” but I know if I have another issue, Caliber would be my go to for repairs 🙌🏼

Lindsey did such a great job to fix my car just in a couple of days. I'm really impressed! She really took care of me and my car and so friendly as well as professional. I got my car perfectly fixed and cleaned, which really surprised me because my car was such a mess. Thanks to Lindsey I had a superb experience at caliber collision. It's definitely the No.1 body shop!

Your team surpassed my expectations and I couldn’t be more happier with my new windshield and the fixed dinting repairs! Thank you all so much for taking care of my vehicle. We used Caliber for a company van to have the hood repainted and Kia did a fantastic job. He was referred to us and he went over and beyond to make this happen in a reasonable amount of time for us.

Had one of my quarter fenders replaced due to a hit and run. The folks at Caliber Collision took good care of me. Once my car was in the shop, there was constant communication with status updates. The repairs were completed and I had my keys back in half the time than originally estimated. Will definitely use them again if I need a repair. Thanks Bruce and team!
