Took my vehicle in for damages on the back about 2 years back, got charged nearly $10000 to fix the problem. Fast forward to now. Paint is peeling, I was told that there was not primer used. Took it back and got my vehicle back the color not matching and $400 missing from inside. Be careful to not leave anything behind!!! Oh and don’t get me started with their service !!! Totally awful! Especially the lady on the front desk.

Excellent service and they took care of me and my vehicle! Kimberly was fantastic, the staff was always nice and answered all my questions AND they washed my vehicle before giving it back. I’m so satisfied and happy they treated me and my car so well!

I highly recommend this location. Kim is AMAZING and kept me updated every step of the way. Her customer service was phenomenal and she really put my mind at ease the entire time. My car looks amazing.

Booked an appointment through an insurance company. The front desk person who took the call, booked the appointment with all the details without issue.... then when I arrived, I sign the paperwork only to be told they won't do it because it's glass only. Then why did you let us schedule that specific job???? They had a windshield replacement on their books for 9 days just to have me come in and say they don't do windshield replacements. Thanks for wasting my time and gas and then trying to make me feel like the idiot when it was you guys and the insurance company who worked out the details.... I was thr line when it happened. You guys dropped the ball. Customers, Do yourselves a favor and find a different shop.... maybe one who's parking lot doesn't feel like an accident waiting to happen.

I was looking for a car repair shop but I didn’t know where to go because I’m from out of town so I had a friend recommend me to caliber & to ask for Kim so when I went there I spoke with Kim & I told her about my car & she was very professional & kind they did a wonderful job I will recommend Kim to anybody thank u Kim & caliber!

I went to a few shops to get my truck repaired & they gave me the run around about how long it might take so I ended up going to caliber speaking with Kim & she went out her way to explain to me the process about fixing my truck & that she could get the job done & she did I really appreciate Kim because a lot of shops don’t care how long u wait for your vehicle Kim did & I must say I really appreciate Kim for that thank u

I recently had the pleasure of working with Caliber Collision on New Bern Avenue to repair my car. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the process. I worked with DeVon F. and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly he completed the repairs. The craftsmanship was impeccable. He color-matched the paint perfectly and there wasn’t a trace of the previous scratches. As a bonus, he even washed and vacuumed my car before returning it to me. I hope I never have to use Caliber Collision again, but if so, I will definitely choose them.

The repair made on my car looks great! But I think the time allocated is quite too long (one month for rear end bumper repair) and probably overpriced. Mediocre customer service.

Simple job of installing a new door lock and re-keying it takes a week. Kind of upset with my insurance too for referring me to them, they should know.

Had an insurance claim on my vehicle. I took it to this shop for an estimate in November of 2023. The shop said that they would reach out to schedule the repair. I did not hear from them for several months so called back. They ensured me that they would call to schedule and still have not heard from them. It is now July 2024. I let my insurance provider know of this issue so that I could take my car to a different repair shop.

New Bern avenue location promised and delivered! Friendly customer service! Up-to-date information through text messages and a link that I could look at online as well. Kimberly Blackwell was pleasant, informative and represents that location well! I would have no hesitation to send anyone there. My car looked better than it did before it needed to be repaired!
