The day I dropped my truck off to be repaired. I was met by the friendliest customer service raps. As the process went through for my trucks repairs my customer service rap. Handling my case called me once if not twice every week. While my truck was in the shop to let me know where it was in the process, and when I would be able to pick it up. I will go back to this shop and I highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Top notch experience. I called after my first auto accident quite clueless, and Kevin expertly worked with the insurance carrier to get it resolved top to bottom. The job they’ve done is superb and even returned the car with interior detailing. I couldn’t be happier. Kevin and Victoria were incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the whole experience which could have been quite frustrating without them. Recommend 100%. Thank you so much!!!

This was my first time bringing my car to Caliber Collision, and they exceeded my expectations. Victoria kept me updated throughout the process, and everyone I interacted with was polite and helpful. My car was repaired ahead of schedule and looks fantastic. They even returned it to me spotless, both inside and out. I’ll definitely return in the future and recommend them to my friends.
