I took my truck into Caliber Collision to have my door repaired and Will helped us with our estimate. He was really great to work with. I felt he was very professional, attentive, and communicated with us about parts, time frame, and what to expect through the whole process. He even temporarily fixed the drivers side door so it could be opened when it was jammed shut. It was nice to not have to crawl through the passenger side door every time I needed to drive my vehicle. Thanks Will for helping us!

On vacation and our vehicle broke down, had to get a rental car, had a little bump with our rental and a post, just what we needed! lol Called Will Argo at Caliber Collision and we asked if he could help us, not only did he get us in right away, he helped us out with the whole mess and saved us a heap of money that the rental place would have charged us! Highly recommend Will and his team at Caliber Collison for all your needs, he was fast, friendly and super super helpful! 10/10 would recommend!

He had such a great attitude—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. My Kia EV6 was repaired and ready on the exact day he promised, which made the process so smooth. These guys are great! They believe in old fashioned customer service. Will looked at a minor repair that my Jeep needed after someone hit it while parked. He said "This doesn't need to cost you $100" and fixed it for me. Two other shops came in at $500 and $600! When I need body work in the future, I'll come back to Caliber because they were the only honest one of the 3 I tried.

We took our Hyundai Elantra here for repairs. The repairs were just fine but the customer service experience with the front desk lady Diana was amazing. Besides the small little chit chat back and forth Diana made sure I could just leave my car there on a Friday before the insurance got their act together. I had weekend plans, so she jumped on getting the Assignment approved and started calling Progressive so I could get my rental car and be on my way. Accident at 1am Friday Morning. First contacted Insurance at 7am. First contacted Caliber Collision North Natomas at 8am. Left Caliber Collision North Natomas before Noon! It was great! If it wasn't for Diana, the Assignment wouldn't have been approved the same day as the accident. This all happened on a Friday too. I would have been screwed without her help.

this place is fantastic. the place is immaculate. job done right. i have 20yo truck. has to wait for part over 30days. my insurance ran out after 30days and they extended the rental car and covered it for an additional 10days till part came in. Admin staff was fantastic. they kept me informed all the way thru. They even texted me cause i cant hear on phone. if you want it done right go to Caliber on Northgate.

I don’t know about other Caliber Collision locations but this location was excellent all around. One of the managers I worked with, Thomas was very accurate, thorough and easy to communicate with. Diana in Customer Care was also excellent and quite caring towards my situation. It’s not easy to feel great about your car when it’s been in an accident. I would recommend this Caliber body shop to any and all!

It couldn't have been a more perfect experience. The estimate i got was exactly what i paid, everyone was pleasant and friendly, they kept me posted throughout the repair, provided a ride to/from my home, and no grease monkeys! The office was spotless and my car was washed and waxed when returned to me. It looks like new! How much more could you ask for!?

I own a local pest control company and have over 30 trucks on the road. Over the years we have dealt with several body shops, and Caliber has by far been the best to deal with. They are fast, friendly and do high quality work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for collision repair.
