Excellent Service from Caliber Collision on Culebra. Poe kept me informed all the way through the process. Lexi helped me transport and was very friendly and helpful at the front desk! The work done on the car was top notch and very pleased with the paint and body work! I highly recommend Caliber Collision on Culebra!

I had repairs done here after being rear ended. Poe was my POC. He was honest, attentive, and kept in regular contact throughout the process. All of the other staff I interacted with were friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this location.

My car was hit and insurance companies were taking forever to figure out who was going to fix it, I called the shop talked to Dotty and she was so helpful and worked with us to get my car fixed and on the road again, she explained everything that was happening and kept me updated on everything! Made a frustrating situation easy and my car looks great! The whole staff was friendly every time I called or went in! 🙂

Excellent customer service and extremely fast turn around time. This shop only had my car for 1 week and they did an amazing job and repainted perfectly. I thought I would have to go back to the dealership for sensor recalibration but they got that done too. I can't imagine any other shop would be able to take apart, get parts for, reinstall, and paint everything faster than this one. I will be coming here again if I need anything else in the future. They also send you daily messages on where your car is at in the process with a up to date quote which was nice. Thank you to Ruben and Samantha for the care you put into making my car perfect again!

Outstanding collision repair shop. Not only they give lifetime warranty on their work as long as you own the car; they have great staff that provides outstanding service!! After the repair, the vehicle is back to its original condition. That’s my experience on Caliber Collision here in South Texas and San Antonio area

Paul and Richard were so awesome, if I had the name of the mechanic who worked on my vehicle I would shout him out by name too. The communication from day 1 was polite and effective. I can’t thank them enough for all they did to get my vehicle up and running! I would highly recommend them!

When I had to drop off my vehicle and pick it up I was always treated with respect and as a valued customer. The entire team--from the service advisor (Jason) to the team who repaired my car to the team who had to make sure the right parts were ordered to the staff at the desk you see when you walk in---all true professionals! My car looks as good as it did the day I drove it off the dealership's lot when I purchased it.

COMPETENT, PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH. Not only did Caliber personnel receive and assess my vehicle for the repair, work handedly with my insurance company, and delivered beautifully on the repair, but Caliber personnel also treated me with dignity.
