I had a great experience at this location. They really went above and beyond. The GM Adam got me setup with Fernando. He was very kind and kept me up to date and informed throughout the process. The repairs turned out great my car looks good as new and I appreciate how quickly it was done so I could get back on the road. They even brought the car to me and took my rental back. All staff I interacted with was very friendly and had great customer service. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs.

I was amazed at how well they repaired my 2021 Toyota tundra door and matched the mystique brown paint perfectly. Highly recommended.

Joshua and Nathan helped get my door hinge replaced. They were cordial, professional, and very kind to deliver my Jeep (live close by the shop). I ran into a problem with my window not rolling up completely and diagnosed the issue related to a part that had to be removed to replace the door hinge. They were super prompt and courteous when I went back to get the part replaced the next business day.

Was not kept up to date on repairs. Was finished 15 days after Was told it would be ready and that was the only correspondence they had with me. I had to call them for everything. It took them 50 days to fix my rear fender and door. The repair was excellent but due to the lack of communication I gave them a 2.

Caliber replaced my cracked windshield and Javier did a fantastic job. He notified me the morning of my appointment for the time he would have the parts to minimize my wait time, he did a great job installing the glass and calibrating everything. I appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. Bravo!

My vehicle was broken into while in the shop for repairs. Everything from the glove box was thrown everywhere and loose change was stolen from the console. When the repairs were complete, they gave the vehicle back to me in a messy condition and failed to inform me that they did have a break in and several cars on the lot were tampered with. Very unprofessional

They did a wonderful job! Fernando Hernandez was friendly, easy to work with and made the expectations of what was going to happen. They delivered before their estimated time frame. They brought the car to me and took back the rental for me. I would definitely recommend this Caliber Collision to anyone who needs work done.
