I recommend the other location off of 281. The other location has better parking, more responsive staff, and didnt miss details on the damages to my car. Parking was so bad, I was late to my appointment by 20min & my ride had to park & my ride had to park at the nearby gas station. My assigned mechanic did work with the opposing insurance (Amica), who was very difficult to work with. The progress on my car was updated on an app so I didnt have to waste time calling the shop. They cleaned my car, which I wasnt expecting. It was a nice surprise, however, there were spots that were missed, which I ended up cleaning.

I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision on 281, and my advisor, Daniel S., truly went above and beyond! After a bad car accident, I was feeling pretty overwhelmed, but Daniel’s incredible communication and dedication turned a stressful situation into something manageable and straightforward. He kept me informed at every stage, making sure I understood the entire process as they worked on my vehicle. Ultimately, the car wasn’t repairable, but Daniel made sure I knew exactly what was happening and why. His compassion and transparency were a huge relief, and I can't thank him enough. Highly recommend this team for their professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care for their customers!

Not ready when told to come and get it, but it was not ready, I spotted areas on frt bumper not properly placed on side panels, had small buckling. Rep said that was best they can do, I wasn’t happy with his answer. plus I pointed out the shop put on new scratches on another panel never damaged from incident, put there after they got possession to fix. Rep agreed. They had to keep another day to fix. As if Rep didn’t check my SUV on fixes before he told me to come in town to pickup. Disappointed. When eventually got SUV I pointed out to Rep that I noticed tiny chip on windshield where deer hit the windshield, Caused by deer. Not sure if it will eventually lead to cracking. They took pic and notified insurance carrier after claim closed. Waiting to hear outcome. But the major part of SUV that was damaged was eventually repaired.

Our insurance had us go here. But I’m glad they did. Miguel was wonderful to work with. Our car was done ahead of schedule. And couldn’t ask for more with the rental car place being walking distance to the shop. They even offered to return my rental for me when I went to pick up the finished car. A very service. I had already taken care of the return, but still a great service.

My truck went in for a door repair because someone backed into it. I received my truck back from Caliber incomplete. The door doesn’t close correctly and is still misaligned, the exterior has over spray on it and the paint is unfinished, the interior door panel clips that hold it on are broken and my truck has a leak now that is causing the headliner to come down due to moisture in the cab. What makes it worse is the customer service. I have reached out multiple times to Sam the manager for 2 months from the time picked up the truck and he never calls me back with info or courtesy call for updates. Every time I call to try to reach him I’m on hold for a long time and ether he is in a meeting or leaving somewhere. This is the guy that is suppose to be helping me??!! Update 10/18 Finally got the truck back in the shop after getting in touch with the regional manager Shane Blocker. Took time off work to pick up the truck after 2-1/2 months and the door now had ripples in the body on the door and overspray on the drivers side. Left it there because it wasn’t complete. Waste of time. Two weeks later… picked up the truck in the evening. Noticed next morning paint has swirls and they didn’t even wash it. Also the weather stripping was falling off. Not to mention this took 5 months. Stay away from caliber collision.

To Daniel and the Caliber team, great job in getting my car repaired. Mr. Daniel Saenz went out of his way to keep me informed and updated me throughout the entire process of the repair. No matter if it was good news or a delay in the repair, Daniel never failed to contact me when he said that he would during the week. I was somewhat hesitant to leave my car there due to negative reviews I had seen online and issues I experienced personally a few years ago with this specific Caliber office, but after talking to Daniel, he insured that he would earn my business and my trust, and that is exactly what he did. Thank you for the great job, dedication and professionalism, Daniel and I will definitely recommend your business to those who need their car repaired due to the unfortunate experience of being involved in an accident.
