The whole team was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Jeremiah handled my repair and he was knowledgeable on the repairs process, insurance, and were able to give recommendations for local shops to go to for the "everyday" vehicle fixes. Great work and no wasted time getting me back out on the road!

Couldn't be happier with the service I received. My insurance sent me here 2 years ago for a separate incident and I selected them this go around. I was always kept up to date and even got my car back sooner than expected. Great service all around!

Caliber Collision does great work. The staff is courteous, friendly and attentive. Work completed on my vehicle was done in a shorter time than I expected. You can see the before & after differences. Definitely recommend them.

Jeremiah and Ray were very helpful and professional. They kept me updated with my car repairs. Ray was especially helpful when I had some concerns. He was able to address this matter and provided A+ customer service. I would recommend Caliber Collision on FM 78 for the customer service alone. He also did a wonderful job with the repairs on my car.

So the vehicle was in an accident, obviously. We took it to a different caliber collision, and they did a horrible rush job. We still had so many issues so decided to have our insurance swap it to this caliber collision. Up to this point they have done an outstanding job. However, we are still have a few issues with our vehicle. We are due to turn it in this upcoming Thursday to have those other issues looked at. The vehicle still needs to be aligned, the remote start is not working and the vehicle randomly while sitting at a stop light switch into park from drive and not shift back into drive for anything. Once all issues are fixed I would be happy to raise this rating up to 5 stars. Through all of this, Ray has been great. He has addressed all concerns we are having.

Wonderful experience. 10/10 recommend! I worked with Jeremiah who was wonderful at communication through the whole process. But everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful! Repairs were done in a very timely manner. I’m used to most places keeping my vehicle for months and waiting on parts and no communication. That was not the case at the Caliber at all. Thank you all!

Car got scratched along its side. This shop specifically had highest reviews in the area. I dropped the car off and the guy said it looked like a simple fix and could take 2-3 weeks. New estimate says it should be ready in a month. Month rolls by and the day it’s supposed to be ready they send a text notification saying the next week. I call up the shop and ask what exactly is wrong with the car. Guy says it’s a paint issue and it could be don’t today. Call again for an update and they lied and said it couldn’t be done today and would be lucky to be done next week. I planned around the day they promised and they day that it was promised is when they decided to say next week. Unprofessional and dishonest shop wouldn’t recommend.

I frequent this location for my repairs when I need service done on a car. The staff is always so kind and helpful. I always look forward to getting a car back once they are finished because then it’s almost like the car looks brand new all over again. I appreciate always being kept in the loop for the status of my car and for their quick responses when I have any questions.

UPDATE 8/12/24: We just got back from picking up my son’s car earlier today so I thought it only fair to update my post. Jason, the regional manager, personally contacted me and oversaw the completion of my Son’s car. Everything going forward was absolutely the experience that all customers should have. He went above and beyond to make sure that my Son's car was top priority so that he wouldn’t be delayed with his internship, and the car looks great. It doesn’t erase how poorly things were mishandled before, but I definitely understand that sometimes mistakes happen and I very much appreciate the lengths that were gone through to make things right. My insurance company directed me to Caliber Collision and I selected this location because of all of the good reviews. Either they lied or they didn’t have Ray B. in charge of managing their repair. I dropped off the vehicle on July 12 and Ray made a point to tell me how slow business was for them and that he estimated 2-3 weeks for the repairs. I later got an update saying the repairs would be completed on August 9, no big deal things change, I get it. I had not a single call from Ray to update me on the status and only received periodic automated texts telling me that everything was still on track for August 9th. I received yet another automated text on August 9th (the day of) at 8:33AM saying that the new date is now August 15th. I immediately called and talked to Ray. He tried to laugh it off saying that it’s the system that automatically generates a future date when he changes something in the system (sounded like a lie). I explained to him that I had bought a plane ticket just yesterday for me to fly home after going with my son on a road trip to get him setup for an internship out of state and that I wouldn’t have bought the ticket had I had any sort of update that the car would not be ready on the projected date. Ray tells me that it just needs paint and that he’d do everything in his power and stay late to make sure it got done today. I call several times to check in on the status to make sure everything is on track, but Ray is nowhere to be found. All day he dodged my calls until finally I spoke with the manager. The manager explains that he has no clue why Ray told me it could be done today and that it’d be difficult to even get it done before next week. Ray not only neglected to maintain communication with me AT ALL throughout the process, but he then bold-faced LIED to me about what was even possible. The manager tried to talk to me like I didn’t understand that it was an estimate and that it COULD change. I agreed, but I very much disagree that THE MORNING IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY FOR PICKUP is the time to notify me that it would take longer. The level of unprofessionalism here is just baffling. I’m now going to potentially have to take a loss on the plane ticket I already bought because this place apparently has no problem employing a lazy liar like Ray B. Avoid this place at all cost, I would NEVER do business here again.
