My truck was not completed as I expected. Still waiting for parts and is been a month or more. Thay removed some parts they did not replaced it or put them back. They left damaged parts at the back.

Caliber was recommended by insurance company I am absolutely 100% satisfied with a job well done, can't tell any difference between original and replacement repair 2nd repair after a sideswipe by a trailer tire is just as perfect as previous repair on front bumper cover. So I am doubly satisfied

I felt that there were unnecessary delays in receiving my vehicle back from this location. I was notified multiple times that parts they had received had come in damaged and I don’t know if it’s a shipping issue or a supplier issue. The fact that I was quoted initially a week and then was told that it would be delayed another week because of these issues was a big problem for me. I was also told last minute of this delay and had to change my plans for my rental and was charged more money than I was supposed to as I scheduled based on their timeline. I understand that issues arise but it seemed as though they had no regard for my situation and just told me to be patient with them. My quote went from a week, to 12 days and then to 14. This all caused more of a headache and anxiety as it kept seeming as if they were bringing up more issues with the repair process instead of being thorough the first time they did their inspection or when ordering parts.

The experience was effortless. Marco was very professional and informative about the whole process. I got My vehicle back faster than expected. It was returned Washed not all dusty like another places. I definitely recommend them
