I am very satisfied with the service, communication and customer service I received while my Tesla was being repaired. Caliber Collision is the most professional repair shop that I have ever used. I was nervous about letting any shop work on my Tesla but USAA recommended Caliber and they are aTesla approved shop.

Take your car somewhere they won't honor the warranty, drove 45 mins for something a shop 10 mins from my house could have told me. And they don't even work on regular cars anymore I called and even asked about other repairs to be done but my car is not even able to be worked on here.

My car was hit by an Allstate insurer and was sent to this shop by Allstate. Charlene is my main contact person and is wonderful and professional. She kept me posted on my car's repair progress and helped me communicate with the tech team to get my car back much earlier than expected. My car looks great inside out after the work is done. I can't ask for a better experience under this unfortunate circumstance. Really appreciate all the good work Caliber collision has done for my car.

Need your car fixed? Go here and ask for Mr. JOSE RIVERA (service advisor). He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, honest, and skilled! He helped restore my Tesla to showroom condition and I can't speak highly enough about the phenomenal service he provided! A+++
