Repairs look great. Can’t tell their was an accident. Thoroughly explained things. Sent text messages as to what was happening so we never wondered “how long is this going to take” and the vehicle was clean when we picked it up

The team was incredibly helpful and kind. I had a great experience here and my car looks as good as new, despite having gone through a pretty hard collision. They fixed it up and got it back to me like nothing ever happened.

I got my car fixed after hitting deer. It took a little longer then expected, but that's because there parts supplier kept sending the wrong grill. The guys at the shop did a great job. They made my car look great. Hopefully I never have to go back, but if I ever hit another deer again I definitely will.

I was in a recent accident and decided to have my car taken to Caliber Collision. Everyone here was great to work with. They sent me updates at least once a week via text. They were happy to answer any questions I had throughout the process. I'm happy with how the repairs turned out. I'm planning on bringing my car back for unrelated paint repairs. Thank you!

The team was very professional and treated me with care and respect. Kept me updated through the whole process. They returned the car faster than I expected and the car came out great. They caught me off guard with how well the paint matched especially because I have a sparkle in my paint and it was a different material compared to the rest of the vehicle. They did a very good job on my car and took good care of it while they had it. Nothing but appreciation on my end.

Wanted a quote for some front end damage from hitting a turkey. A guy came out, squatted in front of my car for about 3 seconds (never even popped the hood), looked at me, and said $3,000. I was shocked on the lack professionalism.

parts that were removed and re-installed did not fit after the repair when they fit fine before. Also the fog lamps did not work after the repair, when I called the shop Manager Mark told me the bulbs must be burnt out and that's not covered. Why would a vehicle be returned to the customer without it working properly? when we called for updates, we were given excuses instead of reasons. when I questioned the poor repairs I also was given the excuse that "it must've been that way because there's a scratch and ding right here" I consider this to be male bovine excrement! the manager needs to improve his level of customer satisfaction and the shop needs to work on repair quality.
