I was unfortunately rear ended by a semi with a hitch on the front, and while I hope to never be in an accident again, I will 110% come back to this location for any body damage repairs!! Ryan (and Justin and team) made this experience such a good one!!! I really feel like they cared about my car just as much as I do!! I couldn’t have wished for a better experience! Truly! I am beyond grateful!!

They were so friendly and helpful - they fixed up my car sooner than expected, coordinated with rental car to have me picked up, and communicated about the progress of the vehicle frequently! Just made it simple and easy for what should’ve been a stressful situation

Jordan and the staff did an incredible job on my car. Jordan was texting us along the way so we knew what stage it was in. He really was not going to let us pick it up until it matched his standard of perfect. They even detailed and cleaned it. I’m so happy to have my car back in amazing shape. Best fender bender ever.

I went to Caliber for an estimate for some bumper work after an accident (the bumper was completely ripped off). And Thomas Noble & Lalo went above and beyond! Not only did I get an accurate and fair estimate, but they also helped me put the bumper back on so my car didn’t look too bad. If I ever need to unfortunately refer someone after an accident, I’m sending them to Caliber Collision!

The quality of the final repair was good and I was satisfied with what was done. The estimated repair time was substantially off (100%+ off). In the end the final quality was good, but 3 months for this repair was not good. I would consider using them again, but only if I had no need for the car while waiting.

I had a great experience with this body shop! The staff were friendly and professional, keeping me updated throughout the entire repair process. After having bad experiences with body shops in the past, it was reassuring to have such a positive experience. This truly provided peace of mind and overall, it was an excellent experience.

Unfortunately we have needed Caliber twice for our vehicles, but thankfully they are the best to work with. Amazing work and so nice-- everyone from the guys in the back who were happy to show me where they were on or car, to Justin, Jordan & Ryan, who were happy to field my calls and answer my questions. Highly recommend.
