I can't express enough how helpful and accommodating Colby and the team at Caliber were in helping with my collision repair. Colby bent over backwards to always keep me informed as well as help communication with my insurance. He even met me at the shop on a Saturday (when they are closed) to allow me access to my vehicle. He provided his personal cell number so that I could reach out as needed with questions and was always prompt to follow up! If you take your car here, I definitely recommend you ask to work with Colby!

Joey and his team did a fantastic job taking care of my daughter. She is in college and we live in another state. I called and Joey was very professional and made sure he kept this mom from worrying. Great service my vehicle was done before the date given and my service advisor Colby helped me out he kept me updated with the progress on the service being done and also had it washed and detailed! i definitely recommend!!!

I took my son’s Mustang to this location for some cosmetic repairs. Colby Skarpa was super helpful. He didn’t try to price gauge me. He explained all of my options and helped me save some money. I had caliber bellmead repair the bumper on my kia and not only did they have it less time than expected but it came out looking better than new! John was very friendly and explained how the process was going to work and kept me updated the whole way. I will absolutely use this location again if the need arises.

Don't return calls or give updates said they would have my car 30 days because it takes 2 weeks to get parts which is not true multiple sites in the US have the parts and takes 2-3 days to get them as I checked with the dealer by Houston very unimpressive that long better not be a single flaw

I had truck ahead of me and another car throw a tire tread and hit the car in front of us and then it hit me and tore up our bumper and cracked my windshield. State Farm highly recommended Calibra Collision to me and I so glad I went there. John told me he would have my car ready in two weeks, and he beat the date. My car was repaired and looks brand new. I highly recommend Calibra Collision!!

I was involved in an accident a couple of weeks before a planned extended vacation. My car was the car planned for the road trip. The accident was not my fault and now we were at the mercy of insurance and repairs trying to still make our trip happen. Thankfully Caliber reassured us they would do everything they could to get the car done and us on the road within our time frame. They did just that and more. They kept me informed and finished the car when they said and with such quality work! I’m so thankful for everyone at Caliber Collision in Bellmead!! Thank you!

The only I’m giving a 4 star, is when I got home with my Explorer, the passenger molding, has 2 gaps, that needs attention. I feel the body people should have seen this. The overall experience, from day one, was 5 star all the way! Thank y’all very much. Keep up the good work

They didn’t do any work on my vehicle, but they made an evaluation for an insurance claim. Every interaction with them was timely and pleasant. I can’t review their bodywork, but the customer service was great.

Very friendly, Joey was very helpful and was able to get my vehicle fixed quickly. This is the 2nd vehicle we took there and both times it was the same. Able to fix the problem in a timely manner and very friendly staff.

Had an accident and decided to take it to Calliber off Pecan Ln. The entire staff was amazing! John helped me through the process and really followed through with everything he promised. They had my car looking brand new and was finished 3 days early. These guys really know what they are doing!!!

Hit a deer on my way home from work in my showroom fresh kia, They picked it up on a flat bed and a couple weeks later I'm back on the road with factory parts, showroom fresh once more. GREAT SERVICE!!! Speedy too!! I would highly recommend them with an A+

This place is down right amazing. Each and every staff member was extremely professional, and helpful. The response time was quick, and very detailed. I truly felt that caliber in bellmead wanted to help. 10/10 will be recommending to anyone who asks!!
