Caliber Collision do excellent work from check-in to check-out. They even provide valuable service for rent a car. The receptionist is so pleasant and professional. Our contact Edwins couldn't have done a better job keeping us informed and walking through repairs. They got the repairs done a week before the estimated time. We are so grateful and couldn't ask for better service.

Great customer service. John always kept me updated on when the parts would arrive, when they'll start repairs and when my vehicle will be completed and ready for pick up. The guys did a great job in repairing my vehicle and finished in less than 2 weeks. Will definitely bring my vehicles back to this shop if needed. As we've had issues with the Hudson shop in the past with my other vehicle. I decided to give Caliber a try, to see how they would do. And they did great. Thank you all for your help.

I would highly recommend Caliber. This is my second time entrusting them with one of my vehicles and they did an outstanding job. It took a little longer than expected to be repaired but RJ was in constant communication about the process and the reasoning as to why. The experience was awesome and I would most definitely bring back another vehicle in the future if needed.

I think the staff at Caliber Collision are great! I broke the outside driver's rearview mirror. So, I bought a replacement on-line without giving a though as to how or who would install it. Caliber Collision replaced the mirror for free!! Thank you so much!

I took my car into Caliber Collision, and it only took approximately a week for the repairs to be completed. I was expecting it to take a lot longer. John, kept me informed the entire time my car was there. I will definitely use Caliber Collision again, if the need should arise.

I called the Waxahachie location to see what they could do about some greyish colored streaks on the hood of my black infiniti which happened after driving 17 hrs to Ohio. I was worried because I couldn’t get them off. I was upset. RJ answered the phone and he was more than helpful. What struck me the most was that he genuinely cared and listened to all I had to say and calmly assured me he would do everything he could to fix it…that is hard to find. He has a calmness and confidence about him that makes you feel valued as a customer. RJ is very genuine and professional AND he fixed the problem in a timely manner. I don’t normally write reviews like I should but I was impressed. Definitely ask for RJ if you want outstanding customer service!
