Here goes . On April 30th I asked how the progress went on my SUV I have a Ford edge SLE 2010 . Now this man is very good at what he does . But this is the issue I put my car in the shop for an issue dealing with my alternator it was under warranty, but he still charged me, 100 tow 295 alternator 75 oil change and said that the the 295 was for labor not the alternator which was not true he charged me for a new alternator and the labor cost to install it and here is the proof Christina, I found the alternator you just have to pay me the labor 295. Now that being said I asked for him to find another problem with the SUV while things would be visible and accessible. This is the problem I told him about regarding my SUV. If it is hot outside, after driving the vehicle and turning it off, it will not start again until the engine compartment cools and even then it may not start until hours later. It's like the starter motor or solenoid is overheating. Some days when it's hot the car won't start at all. It is not due to lack of battery, the starter motor does not start. He said he would check the SUV and get back to me . Well I picked up the SUV and it was fine he stated that the starter was working properly. So paid the cost using zelle he didn't take CC payment. I picked up my SUV on the 6th of May . Now on May 8th it stopped working completely. Now it was in Denton TX. And sent this to him the SUV is not working properly. The battery is fully charged and the starter does not work. This is one of the reasons why I brought it to your shop and you were aware of this issue and nothing was done to resolve it. May 16th it's ready and he still says that there is nothing wrong with the starter and now it was the neutral safety wire that was damaged and he only replaced the wire not the whole thing which is the neutral safety switch or this is what it's called Standard OE Replacement Neutral Safety Switch so I'm definitely disappointed that it was completely replaced. That he charged me 325.00 for basically nothing. Just all in labor cost . Not the part that needed to be replaced. I'm going to get an itemized copy of what he supposedly did .

Had an oil leak main seal & transmission gasket replaced, very good communication and work done perfectly, highly recommend Edit: I've been taking my truck here for over a year now, each and every time the work is perfect!

Lots of good reviews here, wish mine was one of them, they guys in the shop are conscientious but can't do anything until the boss is there. Not sure why he was gone but I gave up after 45 minutes of waiting for him. Thankfully it was not a major repair needed, but I didn't know that at the time. 3 stars for the nice guys in the shop, minus 2 for absent decision maker.

no recomiendo este lugar por que me areglaron la time belt de mi chevy traverse de mi esposa y a la segunda semana se me frego el aire y ellos me dijieron que fue una linea del aire que toco la de la direcion hidraulica tuvo que ser cuando ellos me areglaron la time belt ok les dije areglen la linea y cuando me dijieron que ya estaba lista y fui por ella me dijieron que no le entraba el frion que el compresor se habia fregado y como quiera me cobraron . tuve a mi esposa un año sin aire y hoy la lleve con aguirres beltran en la 28 street y le esplique lo que estos sin experiencia en aires me dijieron del compresor que no servia y ellos me la areglaron en un dia y no era el compresor eran otras partes que coraje me dio que ellos me hecharon mentiras o me querian bajar 850 por el compresor y mano de obra cuando les pague 300 por lo que me la descompusieron. no se los recomiendo para el ac son inespertos en la mecanica seran buenos pero en el aire acondicionados les doy un 0.

As a woman, I'm always concerned calling mechanics for help. I called to ask about a rack pinion and CV boot as well as a radiator, Alfredo was honest in his answers for parts and transparent in his labor costs. When I brough him the car, he explained everything to me, even showing me what he was talking about. (All before I spent any money or gave any business.) Because of the respectful way I was treated, I'll return for all my car needs.

I have taken my cars here for over 10 years. They are professional and honest people. This is NOT the typical fancy, clean floor place where they charge you a big fee for diagnosing and then they give you a long list of all that is wrong and a steep price solution. Here they get to the point of what you need immediately and it is always reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place from my personal experience.
