Came in last min for a tire, and i was able to be in and out in less than 20min . This place is under new ownership and all the negative reviews was for the previous business. Definitely recommend.

This place is a joke! Avoid at all costs. I was just trying to buy one tire, got the run-around for 8 days. At the end I was told it was ready, only to find out two days later it wasn’t. Money was refunded. Made two trips into Fresno for nothing. Telephone and text responses are inconsistent. Bad business!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! First this place started off awesome! Victor was a great person to deal with. Bought 8 rims and 8 tires. When the rims came in one was damaged! Victor said no problem they would order me a new one. A year later still have a damaged rim and excuses! For the past year I thought they would make it right. THEY DID NOTHING! so I have a damaged rim and stuck with it. This place has lost my business and anyone else I've sent there. So if your going to buy here dont take their word for anything and verify everything before paying them. One other note they would not allow me to pay with a credit card, only excepted cash. But now it makes since cause I couldn't file a claim when they scammed me and sold me defective rims. DONT SHOP HERE AND DONT TRUST VICTOR! Lier and cheats.

Was that In-N-Out Burger next to them? When we finished lunch, we had a flat tire we drove to them and I had no idea that all of the wires were showing on my two front tires. They were able to get me in and out another 45 minutes. Victor was very professional and knowledgeable. I got two tires for my Toyota Camry for under $300 installed with the warranty. Thank you so much you save my Sunday.

Worst experience I have had with a brick and mortar store. Bought a set of tires and was told on multiple occasions that my tires were ready for install. My own tires were in bad shape and needed them as soon as possible or risk another tire blow out. Every time I had set an appointment, that I had to take time off of work in order to make, I was told last minute that my tires were not in the shop and assured they were going to be here at another date. Three different appointments. All failed through. I had to order another set off of Fitment Industries, and received them in a timely manner. When I asked for a refund I had to threaten to take them to small claims court so it can be initiated. It has been a few weeks past the time frame I was supposed to receive my refund. I had to contact my bank in order to dispute the charge. Unless you want to have a similar experience, I would avoid this tire shop. If for whatever reason you do decide to work with this company, establish a paper trail to protect your money. I will update if they decide to dispute my dispute and what happens after. I will get my money back.

Worst place ever , unorganized unprofessional. try to charge me extra $19 when I bout two tires . Said that they had my size tire k02(all terrain), n took off my rims n tires and then said I wanted mud terrain which I didn’t . They Order some mud terrain km3 from modest n it will be here later on the day . Which it didn’t and came in from l.a. the next day . they should of have ask me before ordering the mud terrain km3 . They don’t know what there doing and know how to run a tire shop . One of my valve stem broke too , one of the tires only lasted 2 weeks and rip n leak air and I called back n they said I went off road or hit a pot hole it was my fault nothing could be done . 02/05/2023 It wasn’t brought in person cause the tires flat I can’t drive with 3wheel . I already knew ya be waste of the time yo boy victor didn’t even say to bring it in , he only said to send him a pic and he look at it and said he couldn’t do nothing bout it . And never gave me a call back talking bout trying to give me a discount on new tires . Just wanted everyone to know you guys are a rip off will do anything to make sales . Keep the money I’ll never shop at your tire shop again anyways .

Worst tire shop in the Valley. The guy name Victor will tell you what you wanted to hear but never backup his words. They like to stall and give you some lame excuse. Never dealing with this place again. Please go else where. Beware!

Helped me out in a pinch, sons tires, 3 went flat at Starbucks near 99 and gave me used tires at a good price, very helpful and and also fast. Easily under 15 minutes to get 2 tires done and third one after I brought it in. Not sure if it's in their description but it's cash only.

I had a flat tired with a lot of nails, they offer me an used one and i didn’t notice it was different size until it showed on my dashboard tire pressure system. They said they didn’t have that size, if i knew i would have gone somewhere else.

Good place only waited 15 min before getting tire repaired. The guy was great.The only disappointment was they don't patch tires they only use plugs. Not a big fan of plugs. 20 for plug and $5 for valve stem. Les Schwab much cheaper but min 2 hour wait. No time to wait today.

They have 2 tires to install on my vehicle for over a month, they said the High Speed rail interrupted there power. Today is November 10th. Hope they call me soon i left a message to call me. They have done great work & service prior on a few of my vehicle when i had needed tires. H.H Loyal Customer !
