Call Scratch Repair saved me. I broke down on I95 when my engine shield cover came off. I called them and told them what happened, the front desk said come on in. When I arrived the mechanics were out to lunch, I was frantic as I had to make the Amtrak Auto Train by 2:00 p.m. The owner, I believe, looked at my car and was able to tie up temporarily my engine shield so I could make the train. I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. Call Scratch Repair thank you so much, you helped a women travelling alone without hesitation. PS I made the train by minutes. MM

Fiquei assustado com o que recebi. O carro veio com uma diferença de um dedo entre o farol e o pára-choque, além de faltar a grade do pára-choque. Eu relevei esses problemas porque é um carro de 2008. No entanto, para minha surpresa, durante o orçamento, o atendente me garantiu que só usaria peças originais. Eu perguntei se aqueles faróis com LED poderiam ser instalados e ele disse que não, pois causariam problemas no módulo. Ok, aceitei isso. Mas, para minha outra surpresa, quando fui buscar o carro, os faróis tinham LED e nem estavam ligados Hoje, após alguns dias, fui lavar o carro e quando abri o capô para fazer a limpeza, pois pensei que era poeira do serviço realizado, tive outra surpresa… era TINTAAAAAAA! Eles nem sequer cobriram o motor ao fazer o serviço. Este serviço não foi entregue como esperado. Eu não volto e não recomendo In case needed, I can post the photos of our exchanged messages. This cordiality you mention never existed. Instead, there was always a denial, claiming that nothing was said. Yes, I am relinquishing any repairs, and I will take other measures. I have no confidence in a company that conducts business dishonestly. You only admitted that the engine was painted after I sent a photo of the engine taken a week before leaving it at your shop. Up until that moment, it was just excuses and denial of responsibility.

Highly recommend CSR as a body shop. They made quick work of a fix on my truck, and I couldn’t be happier with the way it came out. It really looks better than the factory paint did. Super impressed, and they charged me the original quote, and kept me informed throughout the repair. If you need a body shop, I’d highly recommend CSR!

Highly recommend them. The shop is a very low stress environment, they have you sign a couple of papers and take the keys. You come back & your car is looking brand new. They fixed a pretty bad dent I had on my inner door panel, it damn near made me shed a tear to see my car look like it did the first day I bought it. Great work by the team. Super kind people too.

I rarely ever write reviews but today I had to wholeheartedly. The professionalism i received was A1 from start to finish. I had minor dent an scratch on my new highlander from the first day I call an explain what had happen I brought my suv in today an pick it up within few hours . Overjoyed is an understatement as they ensure I had a smile on my face about my brand new vehicle . ☺️ Thank you for today 4/12/24 I appreciate you guys I will recommend you guys always . These guys are like magicians. Took in my car with some deep scratches which i tried fixing and poof it was all gone the next day. The pictures here is from the original scratch which i tried covering up before i went to CSR and the second picture doesn’t do enough justice to the finish product.

I got quoted for bumper damage and honestly, the price was very very reasonable! They did an amazing job repainting/restoring my bumper and even polished extra scratches that I had. They also did the job pretty fast. Good communication as well. Definitely come here for services!

They can be a little hard to get in contact with on the phone, but their price and work that they do more than makes up for that. Very pleased with the results, I can't even tell where the damage they worked on was at, fantastic repair and paint matching. Hope not to need bodywork in the future, but if I do, I will be coming here.

They were absolutely AMAZING and I don't say that lightly. I came to get a small spot on my trunk fixed which they quoted me a better price than near by competitors. They had my car ready for pickup the day after I brought it in. You can't even tell where the damage used to be. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing exterior work done on their car. I'm no longer embarrassed by the outer appearance of my car and I have them to thank for that. God bless the people who worked on my car and the business. I genuinely hope the company prospers.

Did a fantastic job on rear passenger side panel of black RAV4. There were several scuff marks and scratches before but now the paint looks new. They offer reasonable prices, are very professional and trustworthy. If you need scratches repaired, give them a call and they will take care of you.

I am so impressed with Call Scratch Repair! I had gotten in an accident and the right side of my car was all scratched up as well as parts of my front fender and side mirror torn off. This company has excellent communication, prices, and the work that they do is outstanding. My car looks even better than before I had gotten in the accident and Call Scratch Repair even added new hubcaps free of charge. I would highly recommend this business!

Spoke with Elton and Luigi, both were professional and explained clearly on what they were going to do and the cost. I called to around 3 different body shops who wanted to charge exorbitantly high prices for a small fix. I showed up at their shop, they gave me a fair price and had it fixed in less than a day. I would definitely be using them again the future for if needed.
