Paid $80.00 for a diagnostic for my car after spending almost 4 hours sitting in the waiting area and couldn't get the printout. Don't know if I will be going back to that establishment, only to request a copy of the diagnostic report.

Service not rendered as I was charged for an inspection , and items were stolen from my truck , I requested money back , they only offered to extend alignment another thirty days .. would NEVER use them again !!

Everything was ok but service lady need to be trained on how to be nicer and also when you call and ask for a inspection on Saturday let people know it’s a all day wait not first come first serve I had to wait til 2:00 to pick my car back up after dropping it off at 8:00 on the dot could have been at the license plates already and done before 2 am

I came in for our tire rotation and balance as I discovered the little weights on the inside of my rim were falling off. They went ahead and put these weights on the outside of my rim beat my rim up a little bit in the process not really happy with my experience, as a precaution, I went ahead and re-torque all my lug nuts when I got home no surprise I was being set up for failure these Lugnuts. Some of them were so tight. I’m surprised they didn’t break on the way home or during re installation of the tires ( specs for my vehicle is 90 to 110 foot pounds )this is an honest review of my experience. Sorry to say.

They did good work and decent service except one issue. Being new to MO, We had two safety inspections done and chose this place because they cited one less issue that needed fixed than the other shop. Half an hour before pickup they called us and told us we would need the additional work done but they weren’t able to do it. Seems very dishonest to me like they manipulated their quote to get us to do the work. Then after we got the additional repair, they said they wouldn’t be able to do another inspection to certify it. We will not be bringing any future business here.

Calvert's was the worst experience. I told them my fuel injects were causing the misfire. They charged me for diagnosis and told me I needed a new transmission which means he just drove it around like a lazy ass and checked the fault codes. 5000 dollar transmission estimate on a 6000 dollar car. So I changed the damn fuel injectors myself and misfire went away. Always test the codes yourself yourself before you trust a stupid ass crook.

Had a pre-purchase inspection done here and my experience was overall positive. They got me in on short notice and they did a through job with the inspection. They even caught an issue that the owner didn't reveal to me. Even the recommended repairs seemed to be priced pretty reasonably. Would certainly recommend them.

This place looks like a dealership along Wornall. But you go inside, and they are friendly, helpful, and have over 12 bays to service my car. Large waiting room. Room enough in there to house a daycare and have more room for the adults waiting. They even have a good choice of channel to bide the time away from the cell and life. Oh, and their accurate on diagnosing and repairing your trending ride.

Went in for an inspection, told them the issues the truck had and told them to not waste my time if it’s going fail because of it. They said it should be no problem. Then they failed the truck for the issue already discussed. Wasted an hour of my time to make 12 dollars… instead of just being honest at the beginning. And yes of course you can respond that “there was more issues” than discussed. I wonder why the next shop passed it and suddenly couldn’t find those issues. Your greed earned you this review.

The service provided was completed fast. The manager, the mechanic & the young man at the customer service were very professional polite & courteous. I will bring my 2004 Chevrolet Carlo back to them if it needs future work done.

They tried charging a thousand dollars for 4 brake pads and 4 routers. Highway robbery. Absolutely crooked business. Go anywhere else. Contact me personally I’ll get you someone who will do it for 200$.

These Cats are good! They've maintained my car for many years and have never had a negative experience. And they're so friendly and yet professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else for mechanical issues.

Do not go to this store. These people are absolute crooks. They said I needed an expensive part that they did not have in stock and that I needed to pay a deposit so that they could order it. (Sure) They hid the words (nonrefundable deposit) on my paperwork by stapling the receipt over that note! OK, but why did you charge me for labor that was not even done. They just took $170 from me for something that should have only cost me 40 bucks!!! i’m pissed and I will be letting everybody know about this shady store and their practices!

I just needed them to check and see if our car was losing freon. They looked it over and while there are a few things that need done, it was presented as optional and no charge for looking!

I had a vehicle serviced. My fiancé had to go up there three times, and on the third time I came and told them the issue was not fixed. He spent a total $1100. They kept giving excuses and we kept paying them to fix the issue, but it is still not resolved. If they weren’t sure what the issue was, they should’ve never serviced my vehicle. I don’t feel like going back up there, because it would just be us throwing more money at them at this point. They said it could be the transmission, but there’s no way to transmission. All of the issues that would occur with a failing transmission are not occurring with my car. I have no issues we to my gears, leaks, loud noises…. The car is a 2018 and only had 62000 miles on it. They just don’t know what they are doing. Now we are out of more money and still have to take my vehicle to be looked at by ford.

I took my car in for a noise check. I’ve spent over $1100 and the problem is not fixed. I have a new baby that has appointments to attend and was unable to do so because I keep having to take this car back and forth for the same reason. I’ve gotten brakes and axles replaced because I was told that was the problem and it wasn’t. I finally got my answer after THREE times going to this shop that they did not know what the problem was!! I wish I was told this from the beginning so me and my family could save time and money. If they didn’t know what the problem was they should have taken and held my vehicle!!
