This shop is amazing! I was looking for new tires for my Tesla and this was the spot for it! Eddie was really helpful with explaining the prices and explaining everything that was going to be done to my car! Would recommend 10 out of 10. Service is fast and employees are super nice!

I do not recommend this place. They only look for how much money they will earn from you, they don’t care about the quality of service. Simply he told me it’s not worth it, you are spending too much money with us. Don’t go here!

I recently moved back to Raleigh and decided to give this shop a try because they're open early on the weekend. I'm glad I did, both visits have been pleasant, with what seems to be quality work at a reasonable price. I will return!

They somehow managed to lose my spline lug nut and then after watching them search for, they then claimed it was missing to begin with. Now I have to buy a whole new set.

I didn't have the tools to change my headlights, so I went there on Friday 02/23 to get it done. It was supposed to be an easy/quick job. The mechanic didn't know how to do that in my Kia Optima, so he took a while to figure it out. Once he did, he changed the headlights and said it was done but the lights were not turning on. Half an hour had passed by then. The manager then came by and said that they didn't have time to see what was going on. I get it! They were working on other cars and I didn't have an appointment. The manager then tells me that it's $60 because "it's a diagnostic of an electric problem and that's what they charge for 30 minutes of work". What do you mean? It's not my fault that it took longer because he was figuring out how to do it. Plus... If I hadn't noticed that the lights were not turning on they would've let me go saying that it was ready. Now you're telling me that it was a diagnostic. They didn't do anything else than change the lights. You can't call that a diagnostic. The manager was always bragging about their work and had an attitude from the beginning. His solution was for me to come back on Monday. He also was very clear about the fact that it will be a totally separate bill on Monday. I had to leave that night for a weekend trip so I went to Pep Boys across the street to see if I could solve the issue. They made the lights work in a minute. As I suspected, there was no electric problem AT ALL !! They probably felt sorry because I was scammed and didn't charge me anything. On top of that, the service was way better! It's cleaner, and looks far more trustworthy. Please save yourself a headache and take your business somewhere else.

I was very pleased with their services on my 2001 Toyota Camry. I had a cracked radiator that was fixed with no issues. Car was leaking fluid after new radiator. However, I needed a new water pump and oil pan needed to be sealed. I knew that I had oil pan issues but it wasn’t in my budget. I was able to get water pump replaced and oil pan sealed at a price I could afford. I have an older car that now drives like a NEW older car. I highly recommend Camacho’s on Western Blvd for any type of mechanical issues. Great services and great prices.

Very satisfied with their service, my car had a puncture was driving on spare wheel, no appointment, they fixed and replaced it real quick and cleaned my headlights too and at a fair price. Happy customer

Liars. Called and asked if they were busy and could see me if I came right over. Guy said, Sure come on by! Got there 5 minutes later and every bay was full, only one spot in the parking lot, and a crowd of people hanging around waiting. Pep Boys across the street is a much better choice.

This place is a scam. My mother and sister went there with our car to get its oil pressure sensor fixed, and I ended up with the check engine turning back on within a day. This was the issue picked up by the OBD-II, and confirmed by the mechanic. There’s no way that in the span of the day that we left the car at the shop, the car would have another issue. On top of that, they’re very defensive of the work they did, as if they have some to hide. I wouldn’t recommend ever going here.

Took a tire to be plugged and they did that but were to busy to balance and mount the tire for me. Which you would think they would do especially being that i was driving on a spare. They didn't even put it back in the trunk for me. I will not be back.
