If I could give 6 stars the yes I would. Workers there a helpful. Always fair and honest. When you have warranty with the they'll get it done. John and jr. always my main to contacts and there wife is really great at there job. Fantastic, amazing, and will do there best. When I was at my lowest they understood. I had my crv and truck done with them 10/10 service. If they see these, I wanna say. "Thank you, thank you for caring about my vehicles, family, and services". The only auto-shop I go to. I can say I'm a real/loyal customer. For the one that say there it 1 or 2 stars there cheap, greedy, and lame. Who can't understand about freedom of speech (1 amendment). They're the ones who doesn't understand about hardwood, business owning, and making sure about a smiling face of metal stability.

I took my car here for them to tell me it was nothing serious but the next day my truck stopped on me in the middle of the 101 so please don't go there

Brought my vehicle in for alignment ONLY. Didn't ask them to repair or diagnose any issue They "test drove" my vehicle to a store and even left a cup in my cup holder! I just got my vehicle repaired, only needed an alignment. They refused, and then quoted me thousands of dollars in work. Including the work that was just completed. Much better people and prices right next door.

Great shop owner, John is well versed in the financial operation of this side of the business. While he is also a skilled mechanic as well. He is selective in whom he hires, particulalry when it comes to the mechanical capabilities and the staff being capable of being relatable to customers, as John the owner is himself. I know he has a lot of repeat customers, I will be one myself. I back to let John service a d repair My car. If you need help with your car do your self a favor and don't go any where else !!!

Great, honest place. John Jr and John Sr are always helpful and get the job done for a reasonable price especially with the current economy. Highly recommend the shop! Very knowledgeable and customer friendly.

i didn’t think paying $90 was that bad for a real mechanic to look at my car but they just plugged in the little tool you can get for even cheaper and wasted a whole hour of my life because they didn’t even care to check under the hood or the tires or literally anything else and couple days after that the mechanic nearest to camelback automotive next to drive time did the same thing for free but helped me way more and charges way better for services and been going there ever since. i never even write a review so you can understand how frustrated i was haha

Got an oil change the oil filler cap was left off lost two quarts of oil and degrease and wash the engine. Cost 25 for oil change and 25 to clean up the mess not happy

Set up an appointment the day prior for an Alignment. Guy said he would start in a few minutes so I left to grab a bite to eat down the street. Showed up 2 hours later and my truck hasn't even moved. What's the point of the appointment?

We ABSOLUTELY love John and all the ppl at Camelback Automotive!! The professionalism but so personal with every repair they make! We have our daughter living in Phoenix all by herself, and we would never trust her to take her car to ANY other mechanic!! Thanks guys for all you do! Best by far!!! I have never had a local neighborhood mechanic that was reliable honest and welcoming. I have brought my service vehicle to them for years and they continue to be the best . I highly recommend to all the neighbors
