Called Ken from Wyoming explaining my problem with our Aquahot system. Told him we would be in Arizona in about a month. We set up a date and Ken said he wouldn't leave till we had hot water. True to his word in less than two hours we had our system fixed. Ken and Rachel are very well versed in RV repair, and really genuine people.

I'm slow in posting this in that Ken and his wife did our repairs back in November. We had a fire in our Norcold fridge that destroyed the fridge and damaged the compartment and wiring that ran through the area. Ken redid all the wiring (upgraded all of it from factory install!), fixed up the space and installed the new fridge (went residential) in a very timely manner. Best part was that because he's a totally mobile service we were able to stay in our rig all but one night (our choice because of paint fumes). We are very happy with the final product and would definitely call him in again if we needed work done while in Tucson!

Very professional, immaculate work right down to the clean up. Not only repaired the furnace in my travel trailer but installed an exterior access panel so repairs could be made without taking out the couch. Will definitely call them in the future.

Ken stands 100% behind his work. We have had continuing problems with the Oasis Heating System since purchasing our 2017 Dutch Star Motorhome nine months ago. We have been camping in remote areas that have no reliable Oasis Techs. After finally arriving in Tucson, I reached out to Cameron Reliable Maintenance to do a “Five Year Maintenance Service” on the Oasis. Ken informed me that the six year old coach still had the factory seal on the front cover indicating that it had never been serviced by the original owner or the dealer. Ken did the five year service finding a very dirty and partially clogged fuel filter among other things. He had it running very nicely when he left, but after a couple of days, it started smoking and faulting out. Ken came out on 2 separate occasions and finally diagnosed the problem with a hairline crack in the proprietary fuel supply hose. He replaced it and the system is now running perfectly. Cameron Reliable Maintenance stands behind their work and they are very persistent to ensure the work is completed correctly and to your satisfaction.

Wow, where to start? I am in Tucson recovering from some major medical procedures and, as luck would have it, our furnace failed at 10:00PM on 12/23/22. After suffering 54 degree temperatures, the entire night, we went to Walmart to buy two ceramic heaters at 06:00AM because I never imagined we could get a service tech on The 24th, Christmas Eve. I called Cameron at 07:30AM, explained our circumstances and was thrilled to hear him say he would be right over. Within one hour he completely overhauled our furnace and updated it with some circuits which are more reliable and fuel efficient. His knowledge gave the impression he invented our furnace. When I return to Tucson next month for medical follow-ups, I will have a list of maintenance items for him to service and update. Repaired our door on our 2022 motorhome, works better then it ever did. Even when La Mesa told us twice, I have to just learn to slam it. Well it wasn’t fun then the handle breaks off while inside the coach! We also had them repair our 5th wheel couple years ago. They did an outstanding job there. Also repaired a water line that was placed in between the frame. Rachel climbed in between and replaced the line. Would highly recommend them, they do fantastic work.

We were without hot water. I called Cameron’s number and Rachel questioned me about our problem. Ken and Rachel came to our tiny house promptly , carefully diagnosed our problem and had the part to fix it. I can’t say more about how pleased we were with their service. We will call them without hesitation and we recommend them when ever we can.

I was traveling through the Tucson area and had a broken Aquahot system. They talked me through the diagnostics and the bad parts replacement. If I need RV repairs in Tucson in the future, they will be the first place I call! Best service I’ve ever had!

Ken and Rachel fit me in to their busy schedule to check out my Aquahot burner. They are experts at what they do and despite some confusing symptoms, Ken diagnosed the exact problem and verified all the other system components were working properly in a very short amount of time! Ken explained everything he was doing and exactly why the diagnosis led to the problem component he found. Definitely recommend Cameron's for you RV needs!

Called and set up appointment for a possible problem with one of our slides. Ken and his wife stopped by as scheduled. It was determined we did NOT need any adjustment! Ken didn’t charge us for the service call and would NOT take anything just for stopping by! They’re very professional and if in the area again and a problem arose I would not hesitate to call Ken again!!

We called a number of places that had been recommended and Ken was the only one that could get to us within the week. We are so grateful! He worked quickly and got us fixed up in no time. Knowledgeable, reasonably priced and efficient. He also taught us a few things about the coach. Would definitely call him again if we need a repair in the Tucson area.

Amazing service!! The Camerons are super knowledgeable about rv's and helped me to trouble shoot over the phone. We weren't able to get it fixed then, but they were working on a trailer in the same campground and came by a couple hours after I first called. They fixed the problem with the AC unit very quickly and refused to take payment for it. I can't say enough good things about them and their quality service!!

Ken and his wife showed not just on time, but 30 minutes early which in my book is a huge plus! We had a new A/C installed by a local rv center and it kept freezing over. Ken walked and had it figured out in about 5 seconds. The total repair (which consisted of actually installing the unit properly) took all of about 45 minutes. He then explained how to get our refrigerator working better and by bypassing the sensor (a temporary fix) had it cooling properly. I would recommend him every time.

Kenneth and Rachel are fantastic! They are hard working and honest people. I had them fix a slide out last year which was under warranty where another repair man said he couldn’t do it. It works beautifully now. This year we had problems with our front stabilizer jacks and our fire place and it so happens we are at the same RV Park. I called the Cameron’s and everything was taken care of. These two are so amazing and very knowledgeable. I hope that I never have another problem but if I do it better happen in the Tucson area so I can call the Cameron’s! 😘

Like most RV techs his time management is awful, only concern is being paid, not what's best for you so be careful and ask around because cheaper and better is all around in the Tuscon RV tech mafia.

brilliant! diagnosed my electric problem. told me how to fix over the phone. no charge. no call out. super helpful. not saying they should do freebies. no-one can make a living out of that....but you build great brand and loyalty by doing the right thing... really appreciate them

If you are in Tucson and have an RV issue, Cameron is THE guy to call. The other guys never even returned my calls. This guy showed up when he said he would, was honest and provided spectacular service. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Ken and his bride showed up at our motor home on Davis Montham AFB well after most people have called it a day to help me diagnose a problem with our refrigerator. Ordered our parts and delivered those parts on time. Parts turned out to be wrong but that didn't deter Ken. He ordered the parts again and got the right ones and then installed them for us at no charge. Our refrigerator runs perfectly now. Great work ethic and a definite character!
