Took a while but they got my vehicle running back again.

I should have not put any service done bc he did not do anything at the end. Had my Explorer for weeks before he even checked on it. After some days he finally give it back arguing that he replaced some oxygen sensors (never showed proof of new or old). Then, the very same day the Explorer did not start. It took some days for him to check it back again and, according to him, it immediately started. We brought it back home and right after we parked, it won't start. We got then tired of the situation and talked to him about fixing it for good, to which he said he did not know what it was. We asked for our money back and he only returned 30% of the total amount; he argued that it was for the time spent on it. FOR FIXING NOTHING and make us lose our time. During those days, we took the car in for transmission problems but after my experience with the Explorer I told him to give me my Fusion back and my down payment; he returned part of it too. No shame or sense of responsibility. He even gave my wife attitude until my wife threatened him with recording the conversation. I live around the corner and went there for convenience but never again. DO NOT GO THERE.

I was going to give 4 bc they delivered the car a little after the agreed time, but then I realized it was due to a huge load of work bc they are excellent! Thumbs up to them!
