Excellent in diagnosing whats wrong and fixing it first time everytime. No throwing money at the truck hoping it works. These guys and gals know their stuff. Its a joy to find a shop that is Excellent in finding the problem. As a truck owner its nice to drive away knowing the problem will not return.

I came in with what I thought was a fuel pump going bad. The tech came out, checked out the codes and found out it had to do with fuel pressure relief valve. They were unable to service the truck but the time the tech took to explain the whole issue to me was much appreciated. I would definitely come back when in the area.

Most over priced work iv ever seen. I got a price for some work on my pick up, the quote was for $2200. I went to 2 other shops to get quotes, one was $1200 and another was $875. I found out they where trying to charge me $2000 for an OEM part that was $400 from the dealership. They confirmed it was the same part as they dont do this repair with any aftermarket parts. Crazy Aside from that, I don't think I could ever trust their advice. Go somewhere else

I've pretty much only worked with Erik but he's always been available during their operating hours and does great work. Uses quality parts, brings a lot of knowledge to help explain what's wrong with the vehicles and is always friendly and personable. I will continue to keep going back here for my commercial truck repairs.

Greg and his staff are knowledgable, accommodating and above all, they're honest! I received the services/repairs I needed and wasn't pressured or upsold on the ones I didn't. I have been taking my Freightliner m2 to the dealer for work and always felt like they were holding my truck hostage for weeks. So I looked around and found this company and I couldn't be more thrilled. They are fast efficient and very reasonable. Eric worked on my truck and really knows his stuff. He ran down everything with me and explained with pictures making me feel super comfortable. And Krystal up front kept me in the know and is very responsive. They gave me options and showed me estimates I could not be happier. Thank you so much and if you're looking for repairs this is THE place to go!

I was referred to Capital Truck Repair by my daughter and son-in-law....Jeanette and Terry Elliott who own one of the largest landscaping companies in Colorado Springs....Bear Claw Landscaping. They have employed Capital Truck Repair to do all service/repairs on the fleet of trucks, trailers, etc. On March 4, 2024 I purchased a 2016 KIA Forte from McCloskey Motors which I discovered had some "pre-purchase issues." I took it back to McCloskey yesterday, March 18, 2024 who basically said "too bad Dan...you bought a used car....your issue now." I immediately drove to Capital Truck Repair and met with owner, Greg Holm. He took the car to his shop today and fixed two of my three concerns. He discovered the concern I had about the air conditioner not blowing cold, to fix properly, would cost around $1000.00. He also showed pictures he took which proves McCloskey Motors was well aware of the freon leak which cannot be fixed without a new compressor. I can't praise Capital Truck Repair and Greg Holm enough. They are superb. Anyone having issues with their vehicles are encouraged to call this company.

I’ve been to this place before and had a good experience. This last time I was disappointed. They have good tire selection and the prices are reasonable, but everything else is outrageous. They replaced breaks and did an alignment, they didn’t tell me ahead of time the price and I was just shocked…. Update: the manager of the company was reached out a few times to get in contact with me. He was very kind and discussed the issue. In the end, he refunded some of the bill back to me and apologized. I now understand the breakdown. This exemplifies and trustworthy company in my eyes and I will go back

We feel pretty fortunate to have found a shop like Capital. They have done excellent work, from PMs and DOT annuals to more extensive repairs and oddball troubleshooting. They are responsive, honest, and great to work with!

Called the day before and was told they could get us in next day. So we waited and went in the next day and they said “no one talked to you and it would be several days before they could do anything”. Completely unprofessional
