Great service!! My daughter needed her tire replaced, we called Capital Used Tires Mobile Service. They came out and replaced the tire and she was on her way. The gentleman who came out was friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

If I could put zero stars I would the sign on the door says they open at 830 online says 9am ive been sitting in the lot on a rim since 9am they don’t answer the phone this is very unprofessional it’s 11am and still no one here Called the location on keystone and they said they were supposed to be open and they are not so keystone is supposed to be sending someone to open this location this is a joke

My rear passenger tire was losing air pressure and these guys were able to find the issue and fix it promptly AND they charged a very reasonable price for the repair... definitely a customer for life!!!

When I stopped to put air in my tire the associate informed me that my rim was cracked and for my safety I needed to repair it. I love the repair job and would highly recommend because of the quality job that was done.

Heard a popping sound and then my car started sounding like the tire was flat. I inspected tire from outside and didn’t notice anything. The tire pressure on my on dash computer did not register anything out of the ordinary, just low pressure. So I went to add air to the tire and that’s when I saw the images below. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Thankfully, Mr. Kenny and his adorable doggies were at this shop. He was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and skilled. He removed whatever this was that I apparently ran over, plugged my tire, and had me on my way in a matter of minutes. The entire experience was less than $20, and it was only close to that because Mr. Kenny deserved a nice tip. Highly recommend this shop if you find yourself in need of a tire repair.

I could not have had a better experience than I had today. I went looking for a used tired to replace a slow leaking tire (caused by two different punctures and I was told by a different "national" auto repair shop that it couldn't be repaired). Well "D." said that it could be repaired and he did just that. He even said if my tire starts to leak again I could come back and get the used tire and apply the cost of the tire repair towards the tire. I couldn't lose. Customer service at it's best. Thanks "D."

I was in a jam. I called these people and they responded. They came quickly. They found the least cost alternative for me (a woman trying to live on a Social Security check in Joe Biden's America - God Help Me!). This is a truly good, helpful, skilled, and competent company. My regular tire shop could not take me in, so I stopped by this place. I asked the guy to fix my flat. I was expecting him to do a proper job (take off the tire and do a proper repair) but instead he just yanked out the screw and did a plug while the tire is on the car! (big no no) When I asked him what's up with that, he said "That's how they do it" and criticized me for "telling him how to do his job" I had one more nail in the tire but I told him to stop there, paid him for one plug and left. When I got to my regular shop, they said they would not fix the other screw because they would not fix tires that were plugged from the outside. It's one thing if you make a mistake, but when a non-pro customer tells you something that is common knowledge in the industry, and they insist on the wrong way, it means that you should probably avoid them altogether. I spent $10 for a fix that in a LEGIT store (A store where they do not plug tires from the outside) would cost me $0. Now I either need a new tire or find another place that will fix it.

Bought a used tire here and it had two plugs in it and the tire didn’t last a month. Not worth my money and surprised they’re selling tires with multiple plugs in them. I’d stay away from buying the used tires here!
