5 stars across the board! I was looking to buy a new car and not only did I walk away with a new 2025 Honda CR-V, but my parents also walked away with a new car! From the second we got to the dealership, Richard Luong took care of us. Very knowledgeable, patient, and well informed. His service definitely had a positive impact on my purchase! Cannot recommend this dealership enough!

My wife and I are 1st time car buyers at this dealership and had a very pleasant experience through the whole car buying process. We worked with David who is informative, patient, returned texts in a timely manner, and worked for us to help us stay in our price range. He was willing to help with whatever questions/needs we have even after we purchased the car! We highly recommend working with David!

We've had a couple of Honda vehicles over the past two and a half decades. We routinely had them serviced here, but lately, in the past year, the service department has become predatory. There are two examples I will highlight. 1. Last visit, they presented my wife with a long expensive list of services her car needed. She asked to see the list and pointed out to the service advisor that the car make and model at the top of the service advisor's recommendations was NOT HER VEHICLE. When her vehicles information was pulled up, there were no such recommendations. 2. About 6 months ago, Honda notified us of an urgent safety recall for our vehicle. We contacted the dealer to schedule service and the dealer said there were no parts available and they'd contact us when there were. Since that time, we have contacted the dealer every month or so, each time being told there were no parts available. Note this is a safety recall to resolve a problem that could cause the car to BURN. So today, after the dealer once again told us that no parts were available, we called the manufacturer. Honda assured us that parts were and have been available and suggested we call the manager at the dealership. NO WAY. It was clear to us that the service manager at Capitol Honda is more focused on his profit than our safety. We called another dealer in the area who immediately scheduled us for service this week. Based on our experiences over the past year, Capitol Honda service seems solely focused on its bottom line over integrity and your safety. I recommend that you select another dealership.

Dalena was fabulous! This was the first time I bought a big purchase and left feeling like I didn’t get ripped off. She was really attentive to what I wanted and what I can afford! She was also very knowledgeable about the accord that I bought! I absolutely love my car! When I upgrade, I will definitely be coming back to them. They’re awesome.

If you're a first-time car buyer, I highly recommend visiting this dealership. I worked with a sales associate named David Stafford, and he was fantastic! I truly appreciated how transparent and honest he was throughout the process. As a woman buying a car, I was initially concerned about being taken advantage of, but David made everything so easy and stress-free. He even encouraged me to shop around and warned me about some of the shady practices at other dealerships—and he was right! No one could beat the deal he offered. I ended up purchasing my 2025 Honda Civic Hatchback Hybrid from him yesterday, and I couldn't be happier with my experience!

Called yesterday at around 12pm for a quote to service my vehicle (struts/control arms/steering rack/brakes), Parts department was great answered all my questions, but the service department sucks, I was told they could not give me a quote at the moment but if I gave them about 30 minutes they would give me a call back. I agreed, waited all day for a call back and got nothing, called back again today early and same thing, “they need to give me a call back”. Bullshit!!! Should’ve learned from the last time!

I had a really good experience of working with David at Capitol Honda. Bought 2025 civic hatchback 2 days ago, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the start to the end, David helped us all the paperworks and procedure to be done seamlessly. He was very patient, knowledgeable and made me feel valued as a buyer. Ross Pourani was the associate that helped me. He was very hospitable and made the long process of purchasing a vehicle more comfortable than usual definitely found us the best rate on the vehicle we had chosen. We went on a test drive and was very comfortable with him in the car. Definitely would recommend him to another Friend or family when looking to purchase a vehicle.
