Great experience every year for as long as I can remember. The only way to get your car inspected is with this crew and they will work with you to get you on the road for a reasonable amount and in a short amount of time. I love these guys!

My husband and I had a great experience getting our vehicles inspected here. The owner was kind, honest, and professional. His staff explained to us what work we would need on our vehicles in the future and was very informative. We got there around 5pm and they were able to get us in quickly. We will definitely be using their services again!

Be careful with this people they try to charge 140$ just to adjust the emergency brake and 90& for wipers blade and 60? For inspection sticker scammers I going to post videos of this

Both my husband and I appreciate the excellent mechanical service we have received over the years from Car Care Auto Center to include vehicle inspections, oil changes, brake replacements, and air conditioning repair. Car Care Auto Center is an incredible, top notch business -- helpful, conscientious and more than fair. Your attention to customer service from the owner to the technician is second to none. Your patience in explaining the issue and what the resulting fix entails was very helpful. I would pay a premium just for your service! Thank you for honesty. Its hard to find a "good car guy" but you guys are it! You are an example of how to be a a kind human and run a great business. I have been going to Car Care Auto Center for the past 6 years and can not express how much Sammy and his team have helped me with my vehicles. Always eager to help when on a tight time line or budget. It amazes me that how many people he remembers. I would recommend to anyone looking for state inspections and as the name says Auto Care!

Reasonable and straightforward with prices and much cheaper than your dealers or big named auto shops nearby! If they don’t have the parts they can tell u how to get them or order them and come back and they will put it in for you! Im definitely coming back to them anytime to see what can be done with my car before going anywhere else to save money and have a more personal face to face discussion on what’s going on with my vehicle

One of the worst and shady places I’ve been too he rejected for 5 things that was gonna cost me over 1k and went to another shop down the road they said that nothing was wrong beside my brakes and it cost me 170$ + 20$ inspection not truthful idk how they in business I will be following up with a report to state police

My experience at Car Care Auto Center was hassle free and wonderful. My car was shaking and making a lot of noise. They were attentive and knowledgeable while diagnosing the issues with my car. I was traveling through Richmond, and had trouble with my ball joints, muffler, and needed a safety inspection. The owner took care of me right away on a Saturday. They were speedy, understanding, and helpful throughout the whole process. They have good prices and our hassle free to work with. I feel like I did not get ripped off and the owner is an honest person and very professional and personable. I would highly recommend going to car care auto center!! I appreciate their work and definitely will return in the future!

This center is amazing! Their service is fast and the mechanics are so welcoming genuine. My mother and I come here faithfully for car repairs, oil changes, inspections etc and the service has been great each time. I highly recommend anyone in Richmond area to come here.

The gentleman who runs the shop is very kind and respectful. I had an inspection and oil change done here. They were quick and professional both times and they use quality synthetic oil. I will definitely be back for any other car needs in the future!

You will never have stress about your car maintenance again. I had an engine emergency late in the day, called and they took me right away, they did a thorough review of my older car and found 3 urgent issues that was stopping my car from accelerating and fixed it on the spot! Sam and his tech are the kindest, honest, mechanics you will find in Richmond. This is the only place I will ever take my car. *Ladies* I recommend them if you are going to a mechanic by yourself other mechanics will take advantage of you. These guys are trustworthy and check everything like you were their family.

Mechanics do excellent work. I was referred by a friend to Car Care Auto Center for state inspection; the entire process went smoothly. I went back again for my A/C; mechanics identified the issue and was fixed at a reasonable time. Sami gives you a fair price for mechanical issues. This Auto Center is a gem and can address all mechanical needs.

My car had gotten towed by my apartment complex and they ended up messing up my bottom shield. I went around Richmond calling and looking for a mechanic to take a look and fix it to no avail. Finally I called this place and they were super friendly and eager to help me. Once I arrived they were amazing and very informative. They were transparent about what needed to be done and easily fixed my problem! Really kind and honest people, I definitely plan on coming back for any other issues with my car. I'm really grateful for them helping out during a stressful situation.

Car Care Auto Center is TOP NOTCH service. I say this, spending many years doing work on my own cars and also having experiences with mechanics who try to pull one over on me. These people on the other hand, they are honest, sincere, and only suggest work when its truly needed. I come here for service everytime, and I dont question going anywhere else. They treat me literally like family. My family and friends also use Car Care after recommendation from me and they refuse to go anywhere else. Please do not even think about going to a different mechanic, it really goes without question!

Over the past couple of years, I would take my car back to the dealership to get my state inspection done for free. But this time I didn't have the time. So I went to one shop and they wasn't able to see you. So I came across this shop and ask the gentleman was he able to do my state inspection for me. He stated yes, I can do it now. This gentleman was so kind and helpful toward me. He stated and showed me that I needed two tires (which I already knew LOL) and he recommended a place where to get the tires. They came with the tires and put them on for me within 30 minutes. While waiting for the work to be done, Sami, that's his name, told me he noticed a dent in my door. He stated that he knows someone that does very good bodywork. He called the guy and he was there in 15 minutes. We talked about the work that needs to be done on my car door and he gave me an estimate. This gentleman was also nice and helpful. (Mr. Ahmad from M and H Autobody. I will be getting my service done there). I was so pleased with Sami and his staff and told him that he has gained a new customer. I will differently be back for my car maintenance and I would recommend his shop to anyone. Kim

Very bad experience, they damaged my car in order to make some cash. I took the car for State inspection and I know the car has no issues. But he told me I have issues with Air bag signs. And need pay $100 to fix. But I denied and he started blasting and didn’t do the Inspection. Please, be careful when doing inspections, they will make something up to take your money.

Went to visit my sister this past weekend in richmond and had my car torn up underneath due to towing and came across this Car Care Center! The owner was super helpful and friendly!
