I just had my vehicle serviced at Car Cares Chicago for some serious work to be done. The service was great and I was able to pick up my vehicle the same day. Amir was a great service rep along with Jesus and Omar. Thanks again guys 😀 I purchased tires and had oil changes done on my Jeep at Car Cares Chicago over the last couple of months not to mention my wife brings her Mercedes to Car Cares for the last several years as well. We have to give THUMBS 👍🏾 UP to the service reps Amar and Omar for the professional and honest assistance that they provide. And my vehicle is always done well ahead of the projected completion time. Thanks 🙏🏾 Amar and Omar!!! Once again Omar, Amir and Jesus came through like the friendly professionals that they are and fixed my wife’s car on time this week, as a matter of fact, ahead of time. These guys are awesome, I stopped by for a battery issue I had. The service advisor Omar took took care of me quickly and swapped my battery in just a few min! definitely trust worthy and recommend in downtown Chicago

Great service- was able to get me in next day and gave me options for service that made the most sense for me. I will be coming back for my regular servicing soon. It’s hard to find a car shop that wants to help out customers with straightforward advice I appreciate it and can say they won over a customer in me.

I usually hate going to car repair shops, but not this one! They were polite, quick, and efficient, and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. I will be coming here from now on instead of Firestone.

Phenominal service and good prices from Amir and Jesus. They took care of my tire pressure with my ford focus on the coldest day in the city. stopped by to get my tires filled up and they were very polite and accommodating. Their primary air pump wasn't working but because all other other tire places around were closed, they found a different pump for me which i really appreciated. Would definitely go back
