Tried to get a quote. Receptionist doesn’t allow people to talk to the estimators and doesn’t know that we’re even talking about a car. Previous talent no longer works there. I really used to like car crafters but seems to have gone down hill.

Work was completed a day early and the workmanship was impeccable. The shop gave me regular updates on the progress. I highly recommend the Car Crafters on Hollywood in Albuquerque NM.

Well I think I have been patient enough and have been treated terribly by manager James Gorley and employee Haley. I have been told they will not replace Saber LED head lights without proof of purchase since they replaced all of my head lights and fog light's due to an accident with LED 18watts. Farmers insurance has worked very hard to resolve this problem but we haven't gotten anywhere with this company and it's employees. I know from this experience that l would not refer anyone to this company off of Holly Street in Albuquerque. I hope by reading this you will understand what type of service you will get. Enclosed is my proof of a receipt they wanted and what lights need to be ordered and replaced.

Employee Alyssa Garcia lied to me on the phone saying my car had been “torn down for a full estimate.” Later, my insurance adjuster confirmed that was not true. I almost expect unprofessional and poor service and do not write bad reviews. However, I am publicly calling out Car Crafters for its dishonest and deceptive business practices. **0 Star Review**

There are scuffs on the side of my car that are either new since dropping the car off or not fixed from the accident. The OEM color of my bumper is grey and Car Crafters replaced it with an ugly black bumper. Communication was not great and I had to call in rather than be called. The upholstery in my back seat is also dirty, looks like a technician was tying their shoes or something in my back seat. Can’t say I’d recommend Car Crafters to others right now.

My car looks great, as good as new! 😍😀 The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because when I went to pick it up on the day I was told it would be ready, the car wasn't even there. 🫤 I was told the car was still needing it's final detailing, and it was still at the other location. They also explained that they were short technicians who called in sick. That happens, and I can accept that.😏 They also went over and above fixing a little vinyl/rubber part that was sticking out under the front bumper. That pleased me greatly! 😀🥰. Good guys work there. Highly recommend them!

Good results, but lots of communication issues. The car looks great, but there was lack of communication between CarCrafters and the rental company. They didn't update service estimates and almost cost me my rental. Additionally, 1.5 months after I picked up my car I got a call saying I owed them $1K. Again, a communication error between insurance and the shop. If I was notified in the same month, this wouldn't have been a big deal, but the delay is causing my family significant financial stress.

Our experience was very good. What I especially liked about your service was that Halee Lusk either answered the phone directly when I called or returned the call very soon after I called. Too many organizations require you to answer questions from a computer or transfer me to some person in India or the Phillipines. That is personal stuff. On the workmanship side you did great. You repaired the window in one day (in fact, within hours). Great help! Did not require a rental car. Thanks.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Car Crafters if you desire top notch body work, excellent communications at a reasonable cost. They were more than a $1,000 less than their competitors. I have a unique car (Alfa Romeo) and I was told only a couple of companies could service my car on Albuquerque. That was not True as Car Crafters delivered!! My car looks brand new.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I showed up for my scheduled appointment and was told they did not have an appointment under my name. I was then told I must have called a different location. They then confirmed I did not call another location in their system. No apologies for their mistake even though I had taken time off work to be at the appointment. I was then told it was my fault for not getting the name of the employee who scheduled the appointment and that it was my fault that I had not scheduled an appointment. They then proceeded to argue that they don't work with the place that caused the damage. Completely unprofessional. I have worked with several other collision companies in ABQ and have never had any issues. I was able to schedule two other appointments, the same day, with other reputable companies while Car Crafters refused to even look at the truck.
