This man has no customer service skills and is clearly overworked and unorganized. Gave me incorrect information about my car which delayed my entire process and ignored me instead of fixing the problem because he does not know how to manage his business. His communication is terrible. He acts as is he’s doing a favor and like he isn’t being paid! Very arrogant and can not admit or accept his mistakes. I would not recommend to ANYBODY because the hassle of working with him is simply not worth it.

When I tell yall he the real deal, he is. I went to the store this morning and at the stop light my car started smoking, I drove it back home and called, he was honest with me,he had 3 cars ahead of mine, but text him the car info, which I did, he called me later to get my address and gave an ETA he was on time and got to work, he diagnosed my issue and fixed it. And showed me the part that was bad, and he charged me a fair price. All without leaving my home. Save this number. I know I am!

Normally I don’t do reviews but I got time today lol…I called Tobias last minute to put my alternator in…he was finishing up with his last customer but he made an exception for me that he will come and he did just that…he was professional,reasonable,and he was really fast(it took him literally 20 minutes to put my alternator in) and doing business like that just gained him a guaranteed customer..so if your having car troubles please reach out to Tobias,trust me you won’t be disappointed!!!

Called this morning for a quote to put on a radiator. Tobias said that he had one appointment already and would come after. He was rude as soon as he arrived, didn't even say Hi. Opened the new part that he said arrived broken, but it's a high possibility that he actually did break the part. He complained that the others were wrong but offered no solution to fix it. Very disappointed because we still can't drive the car. Do not book him, he's clearly overworked and has no social or customer service skills. Update - after seeing the review, Tobias called back and left a very rude voice message cussing and calling people the N word! He truly needs to be out of business!!

Car Doc provided excellent service on two consecutive days to resolve my car’s battery issues, and they didn’t charge extra for the second visit, which I really appreciated (expect to pay a fee for travel plus labor). I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future. If you’re on the fence about booking them, I recommend going ahead. I read the reviews beforehand, and while most were positive, a few were negative. Based on my experience, I suspect those who had a bad experience might not be sharing the full story or could have been rude. Trust me, Car Doc is worth it.

I am beyond grateful to have found Tobias! My car wouldn’t start due to a starter that needed replacement. When I called Tobias, he told me that he’d be over as soon as he finished another vehicle. He arrived within two hours and gave me a very reasonable quote for a new starter and replacement service. It took him a total of two hours to get my car working again. If it wasn’t for him, I’d have to pay a fortune between the cost of getting my car towed and paying an auto body shop. I will definitely be using Tobias for all of my future car problems. Thank you so much for being honest, reliable, and getting me back on the road!

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! STAY AWAY!!!! This person has the worst attitude of anyone I’ve dealt with on google. ion know if bra going through suthing and takes it our on his people..but He told me he’d come out on Thursday, but when Wednesday rolled around and I asked for a time, he responded with “not sure” and left me hanging. LOL im like do i ask him again? or call him to get a definitive anwser..cuz i need to know..cuz i have to fit him in around work.. So i decided to call him , and he got upset, saying, “How am I supposed to know the time? I don’t even know where the hell the car is!” Then he hung up on me. I called him twice more and texted him saying "can you hit me" so i wrote him telling him he has a bad attitude. Despite my patience, he remained rude and unprofessional. To top it off, he tried to accuse me of hanging up on him. LOL dude is really off his rockers It’s been a frustrating experience

They are no longer at the Woodrow's location, but he still came out and inspected a vehicle that I was looking at buying. Reasonable priced, patiently waited for the vehicle owner who was delayed, and showed up on short notice.

My old Wrangler was leaking gas. Tobias came out and fixed it in a matter of minutes. Way easier than trying to take it to a garage. Super fast and he comes to you. Will definitely be calling him back next time I have car trouble.

Tobias is fair, brilliant, and efficient. He has helped me twice with my Jeep. Not only fixing the problem, but also teaching me about my own vehicle. Hoping to not see him anytime soon (for obvious reasons) but if I ever have an issue, I know who I will be calling straight away.
