I have been coming here since I have moved to El Paso 3 years ago. Always been very skeptical of mechanic shops with cars sitting around in their parking lot. Since day one Alex has been the most polite and professional person to speak to at that establishment. He's always super knowledgeable and true to his word. The work I have had complete on my vehicles has always been top level results. Quick, honest, dependable and trustworthy I say with confidence. Highly, highly recommend for your to go to for ANY issues with your vehicles or just to stop by and say hi. Never once have I ever had some one from a business invite me back to just say hi and mean it. Very Happy. Thank you Alex and staff.

Do not even waste your time or Money taking your vehicle to this place. You pay to have something fixed just to be back one week later with the same issue plus they want an extra 1,200. I went based on prior reviews here NEVER again!!!

The best mechanic in el paso! Love the owner and the mechanics, they’re great and honest people. I’ve came to this shop at least 10 times and will quote me cheaper than anywhere else! Whenever i have a little problem the owner fixes it for me for free and they always do a high quality job. I highly recommend this shop for anyone who’s scared on which shop to take their vehicle. To the owner and the crew, thank you for your hard work and honesty. Will always come back here.

Car Fix Auto Repair is one of the best, if not the best, auto care centers in El Paso. I owed them a review from several months ago on my wife’s car but forgot to do so. Her AC compressor stopped working and they got right to work on it. By the end of the day, it was replaced/repaired and out the door. The mechanics and manager were very professional and courteous. Today, I had a charging problem on my Jeep and could not figure it out. A quick diagnostic check of the problem and they showed me how it could fix it myself…which I was able to do within an hour. I had a weak battery and bad cable connection. They could have kept it there for a day and fixed the problem. But the service manager helped me realize that it wasn’t that difficult to fix and saved me a lot of time and money. Thank you Car Fix Auto Repair and I recommend your business to anyone that needs professional service and advice!

I wanted to give a big THANK YOU to Alex. He runs things there and is always positive, kind, and extremely helpful. Him and his mechanics have helped get my old Accord running like new. I know he is overwhelmed with work because he is good but he needs a VACATION and some more HELP! Please ownership help him before he's gone. He's a good man!

Overall I am very happy with the service, the process from diagnosing to getting completely finished was about four days considering I had an issue with my air conditioner, they are pretty busy but I think it went pretty quick. everyone was very nice to me and everything went smooth. thank you guys so much for your hard work.

Took car with a loud noise front suspension. Expecting a large expense. Shop manager Alex was very helpful. Turns out it was a loose bolt on sway arm . Very professional and honest shop would highly recommend shop, to everyone.

Alejandro was great explaining what they had to do and what was repaired on my truck. He recommended a towing company to pick it up and was ready in 2 days. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. Service was exceptional and would recommend it here. Will keep on bringing my vehicle here for future work.

CarFix offers excellent customer service with skilled and expierenced professionals .Yesterday afternoon, I had a flat and I was near Carfix. I did not have the tools to change the tire, so I asked Carfix for help. Carfix is not a tire place but they did not hesitate to help me out. The two gentlemen that put my spare tire were very polite, respectful, and professional.

My experience overall was not only that they are kind, friendly and efficient, but pricing was extremely reasonable! Received multiple quotes from other mechanics, which were absurd. Due to their kind environment and friendly atmosphere I decided to go with CarFix. They quoted me 1-3 days for job to be completed, had it ready within 12hrs. Under-promised and over achieved !
