Great place. I know when things need to be replaced. They’ve never tried to upsell me on anything or said “while we were in there, you should also look at fixing XYZ” unless it was actually the case. I’ve sent another car mechanic in as a test because it seemed too good to be true. Very trustworthy.

I have an 18 year old car with 80,000 miles on it. It was starting to ride more roughly and sound noisy. Then I discovered an oil leak. The Car Fix guys did a major overhall to update several components. My car drives better than it ever has, and I feel like I have a new car.

I currently live out of state and trying to get my daughter's car fixed. The car was towed to Car Fix. I worked with Josh, who was very professional and extremely helpful as I tried to navigate this process from Maryland. According to my daughter, the car runs beautifully now. Incredible service from Ron. I got into a car accident at the very start of the month that left my tire blown out, and my wheel bent up with the hub cap. Ron was so amazing when I called to ask if I could bring it in, and when my tow picked me and my car up near closing he was incredibly helpful to tell me that they have an after hours drop box and that he would look at it first thing the next day. He kept his word and when he didn’t have the parts, he called everyone he could to find what I need that was in good used condition and at a reasonable price. When he did get the parts he needed in he was quick to make the repairs and accommodating when I couldn’t pick it up that same day. It was just an overall amazing experience with great service and would recommend to anyone who needs there car looked at for major issues and small ones.

I’ve been doing to this shop for a year now, and I have had everything done from minor work like oil changes to major engine work. Their prices are fair and their work is really good. I know when I leave the shop that what I paid to have fixed has been fixed well. Also, they’re typically really great about getting me a ride to and from the shop if I need it. I was recommended this shop by a friend who is also a satisfied customer, and I recommend them to everyone I know.

We were in town for a TN Vol game and my car battery died. I was referred to Car Fix via a friend. They took my car in and turned it around in under an hour. Great example of Southern Hospitality at its finest. I highly recommend them !

Honestly, these guys were better than I thought. They took a bit of time but it was worth it! They figured out the issue and got it resolved cheaply too! They work with AAA so if you were wondering. Now you do. Even afterwards they reached out just to check if it's still working. I definitely believe they deserve a 5 out of 5 star review from me. Keep up the awesome work!

I was able to bring my car in immediately for them to check/run diagnostics. They ran diagnostics and were able to fix my issue/problem in a short amount of time. Ron and Trace were absolutely wonderful! I was treated with respect and reassurance. I will definitely be using them for all my maintenance/service needs! Thank you for being awesome!

My daughter had to leave her car in Knoxville over the summer. Her friends drove it every now and then and noticed a lot of issue with the steering and handling. Carfix diagnosed and fixed all the problems in a timely manner, all while talking to me over the phone from Fort Worth, TX. I highly recommend them.

Great place to get your car fixed. I came in with an issue and they were able to get my car fixed and back to me within the same day. Josh was very helpful when it came to explaining what was wrong. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. Never did I feel uncomfortable or out of place. Definitely will be going back if I have any future car troubles.

Had to have my son’s 4Runner towed in at night. They were very responsive and helpful. Diagnosed the problem(s) quickly, communicated options and pricing including picture of the problem, and got us back up and running faster than I expected. Even resolved one long-standing issue we’d had trouble resolving. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I had a car emergency and Car Fix took me in immediately. The customer service was spectacular and they make sure to update you on everything. I couldn’t believe how fast they were able to get my car fixed, get the parts in the same day and offered me a courtesy loaner. This absolutely will be my new Knoxville mechanic! Extremely well deserving of 5 stars!
