Dude made me wait 25 minutes to ring up an oil change saying they wont allow me to being my own oil or if they do its the same price as a regular oil change. Glad to have walked away. Used to be $20, i get it inflation makes it $30. But $45 for just the labor for 5 minutes?

I told these people when I got there I just came from Firestone and they are shady then I waited around to get my repairs and eventually paid! After I paid I got to my hotel room and seen I was charged $42.70 for 1 lug nut? The 2 stars are for the mechanic who did a great job! No leaks no issues! the 3 negative stars is for the guy who ripped me off! Sad part these guys was friendly to my face while plotting on how to rip me off and I feel like I’d I never would of said I dealt with another shady place before I came I most likely would have gotten ripped off in a higher dollar amount than $30! Keep the money, save it to pay off your house mortgage do whatever with it as you planned but you lost a good person and obviously I lost nothing good so I didn’t lose out on what really matters in life over money! “Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.” Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭19‬

can't recommend more this business and Jeff in particular. I had always been told my car required synthetic oil. Jeff made sure I got the recommended oil, which cost me much less. I didn't have an appointment, but was quickly taken care of. A great business.

Michael and his techs are the epitome of good customer service . They were very professional and accommodating and did a considerable amount of work on my bmw in a very timely manner . His techs Carson and Daniel both did an excellent job and were very professional as well . Based on my experience today i will be a repeat customer for as long as these gentlemen are there. Very impressive fellas . Very impressive !

Jeffrey ( Jef.) and his team were really cooperating, and they are quick in periodic maintenance. No appointment is required as far as I know, but it’s better to check before you come. Generally, the staff provided excellent consultative service, offering helpful advice and guidance on what to do and what not to do for my car, also guide you a place to go if don’t offer what you need.

Incredible service, great pricing, extensive knowledge. I was willing to bring my car in for a serious engine repair and was informed (without asking) that it may qualify under a warranty extension. They could have easily just taken the money and ran, like most shops do, but these people care about customers and understand how hard people work for their dollars. Steven is brilliant with his customer interactions and how he operates this store.

Received a coupon in the mail for an oil change for $29.99. Great service. Under new ownership. Big improvement on staff and much cleaner now. Showed up super early because that's just what you do if you want to be first in line and avoid waiting. Reasonable time for an oil change. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was good. Informed me of other things that needed to be repaired or replaced. I was already aware of these things so....I knew they weren't trying to dishonesty upsell me. That's honesty. Would go back.

Brought my car here last December/november to get an oil change. For the longest of time this was my number one place to go to, I even had a 5* review written for this place prior (which I deleted)for every car repair that I’ve ever had. They’ve done outstanding work on both my Dart & sportage . I’ve taken my cars here for my AC, motor mounts, strut replacements, you name it. But Christ almighty! I took it here for my AC to get repaired and they accidentally gave me an oil change first because they were moving too fast and getting ahead of their selves . So they made the oil change free . Little did I know… whoever did the oil change messed up the oil pan and it fell right out when I was driving and I lost all of my oil and could’ve lost my engine!!! When you’re in auto mechanic, there’s no room for failure like that! Especially when it could have costed me an engine, which I know they would NOT replace!!! When I called the store to get a hold of the manager. She said she would call me back and every single time I called; I never heard anything back from her. Never again Will I take my car to a service Street automotive ever again. That hurts because they’re actually really good. But when it comes down to a simple oil change and losing an engine, and then the manager of the store not taking it serious, It is not only insulting, but embarrassing. Especially For a service street store. Never coming back here again, and I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this place. I stopped reaching out to them in January . 10/10 avoid.( EDIT: this Review was meant for the Northshore location, but when I tried to delete the review and start over google isn’t letting me delete the review).

I took my truck to the service street on Kingston Pike on the east side of 140 and they said they couldn't diagnose it, which is fine, it's honest, but today I looked under the hood and there was a spark plug removed, still in the plug wire and lying on top of the engine. I got a plug wrench out of my tool box and was going to reinstall the plug and when I put the plug into the hole, the threads were completely stripped, you can feel the threads moving across the spark plug threads as it just falls into the hole. Whoever removed my plug for a compression test completely stripped the threads trying to put the plug back in. I wouldn't need a new head for my truck if I hadn't gone to service street.

They were very nice and took care of the issues I was having. Offered me options to think about prior to needing the work done. No surprises and were very helpful. Will definitely return when I need to have work done on my vehicle.

Took my 2002 Ford Focus there to have some work done. Granted I should have paid more attention and asked questions. But I was in a hurry and preoccupied with other thoughts. They charged me $120 to install a fuel filter And that's what's me providing the part. You got me once and I will not be back. Update; besides ripping me of on labor for fuel filter, they didn't do the alignment i paid for.
