It was refreshing that i was referred to a business that immediately said yes sir we will take care of your vehicle right now. Left my car, and in a few hours was notified what was wrong, and at a affordable price. My car was still under Warranty, and they took care of everything. I'll definitely return.

If you have any issue with any vehicle, this is the place to be. Not only do they have excellent customer service and expertise, the prices are as fair as it gets in a world of price gouging. Honesty and integrity are two things this crew takes extremely seriously! Kaleb was my service writer and he was above and beyond great. He made sure to check the whole car over and give recommendations for service. He didn't push for sales and I knew it was because he cared about me as a customer. The manager is one of the most dedicated and driven guys I've ever met. They were all so personable and kind! I've definitely found a home for my car service!! Thank you guys for a wonderful experience!

Had a blower motor issue that was resolved within one week. Great service with affordable prices. The best thing about this shop is the communication. They consistently kept me in the loop, and made it very clear what they were doing. Great customer service, acceptable prices, excellent work.

Go to Kaleb and Billy!!! They are fast, funny and their prices are fair. Fixed my brake pads in less than 30 minutes and helped me make a plan to fix the rest of my needs while considering my budget. Definitely recommend!!!

I took my car to Car Fix for the first time after my dealer told me it needed new brakes. I also had a broken tail light. Car fix checked the brakes and advised they were far from needing replacement (honesty always wins my business). They were able to order and replace the tail light assembly as well. I’ve recommended them to many neighbors and friends.

The folks at Car Fix were courteous, friendly and did a great job fixing several issues on my 2013 Rouge. Prices were reasonable I even received a text the next day asking how the car was running. They were referred to me by a friend. I highly recommend Car Fix, Farragut.

I honestly can’t say enough about CAR FIX and their employees. I deal with Kaleb. He’s extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. They do not try and upscale you on anything. It’s hard to find a honest company in today’s world. I would highly recommend this company without question.

I was experiencing a clunking sound in the rear tire area of my Mercedes SUV and the guys at the CarFix in Farragut diagnosed the problem as the need for a fluid change in the axle and fixed the problem completely. No more clicking and clunking. Great job. Hugely professional service.

First time there for front brakes. Normally you’re waiting half a day. I was out of there in 45 minutes. Very professional and just a pleasure to be there. Kate made me feel welcomed and appreciated.

The gentleman Caleb ( hope I spelled that right) was very professional and reassuring with his knowledge about the process of getting a car looked at. I’ve yet to do any business with them, but getting information from him was fantastic! He didn’t try to make me feel like I was stupid and try to rip me off. He proceeded to also get strait to the point to any question asked. Very impressed!!

Hate to give these reviews, but it’s one to be aware of. Took in for a routine oil change on a promotional flyer. Oil change went as planned ( minor delay ), however the follow-on recommendations is where some red flags went up. The team recommended repair estimated at ~$2500. The repair they deemed “crucial” was an unusual repair, and didn’t match the time not mileage of the vehicle. I told them that I would take a look and get back with them. Took the car to a local shop who reported that “parts that should have been retightened were not retightened and lines that should be secured were left unsecured.” They also said, “it was clear a wrench had been on the bolts recently and seemed odd that they weren’t tightened”. Coincidentally, these were the same lines and bolts that were associated with the “crucial repair” from the CarFix team. In the end, the local shop tightened the bolts, resecured the lines and said the car was good to go (total $41). Would advise second opinions before additional work being done, as it saved us over $2400.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my vehicle to Car Fix in Farragut. Everyone there was friendly and took time to answer all of my questions. They performed a check on my brakes and found they were unsafe. They were able to immediately work this repair into their schedule. I am truly grateful to them for keeping my family safe and the professional and caring manor in which we were treated. I highly recommend this garage to anyone!

I went in on 8/12 for quite a bit of service (rotors and brake pads for both axles, brake flush, oil change, and a couple more items) and couldn’t be more pleased with the service quality & customer service here. Kaleb was excellent from scheduling to checking in for approval before anything that would be an additional cost. Finally the price for the services overall was very fair, probably even great, and I would recommend checking this location out for any service needs!

My car had been in and out of a diff shop since April 2024 for a popping noise. That shop would call me to say that my car was fixed I'd literally drive down the street and have to turn around and take my car back for the same noise. Finally that shop told me to take my car to Car Fix one of their partners. Car Fix had my car about a week and fixed it. I've never been so thankful for everyone at Car Fix. Mr Billy the store mgr is so nice. I'm going to say prob the nicest person I've ever met. Thank you Mr Billy! Truly everyone is nice and gives the impression that they want to help you get your car fix. Thank you Car Fix for the amazing service!!
