I received hands down the best customer service from Tyler Phillips @ this CarFix location. He was swift in getting my truck fixed and back on the road & at a very reasonable price at that! I made the drive from Cookeville to this location, simply due to the customer service I received from Tyler. I will definitely be reaching back out to him for any future mechanical needs!

I would highly recommend CarFix as a go to place for my car repairs. The technicians are on top of their game when it comes to the latest tech in all of the newer cars but does not rule out the older models. The communication between the service writers and technicians is very good. I deal with Leigh at the service desk and she goes above and beyond when not only talking with the customer. Leigh is ASE certified so when a customer comes in with a issue she has the knowledge to communicate it to her technicians very well what her customer said, after her techs relate to her the issues diagnosed she understands and can relate very well to her customer the problem. Her skills at finding the parts needed for repairs is beyond question. She has found the hard to find quality parts for some very unusual vehicle repairs then stays on top of the repairs by communicating with the technicians and relaying the time frame to getting the customer vehicle back to them.
