Took my Mk5 VW Golf to get customer supplied aftermarket lowering springs installed and have the car aligned afterwards, was qouted $1,300 for installation and alignment. Quickly walked out and called 3 shops close buy and had offers of $900, $870, and $800. If you don't know about cars don't take your vehicle there, they charge way to much for their services

I had a great experience. They were very professional and did my repair quickly. Brian called me and kept me informed every step of the way. He also called my warranty people and did all the work for me. I will definitely refer my friends to them. I appreciate being kept informed and the fast turn around time.

I used to highly recommend this place to others but after being charged $230 for less than 30 minutes of diagnostics, I will not be back nor referring them to others.

What a breath of fresh air to find an automotive garage that is reasonably priced, great quality and honest. I took my car to Service Street Solway and they were AMAZING!!! they diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had it fixed all within a few hours and at a very reasonable price. They were all so friendly and completely upfront about pricing and what to expect. I highly recommend Service Street Solway!!! Looking for a good and reasonably priced auto mechanic who can repair an air conditioner damper on a Volkswagen Passat.

Had an excellent experience dealing with Service Street. My car broke down and the local Ford dealerships said it would be a few weeks before they could even look at it. I called Service Street and they told me to have it towed in and they'd check it out right away. Brian and Mike were super friendly and helpful in giving me a diagnosis and not trying to sell me a bunch of stuff that I didn't need. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for service!

The tech that replaced the water pump on my truck did a good job. He was very thorough with it, and even took it down the road to make sure everything was good before giving it back to me. I dealt with the manager during check in and check out, he answered any questions I had. Overall, this shop did a good job and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a repair shop.

I asked for only a transmission fluid/filter change. No diagnostic..no other work. They took it on themselves to attempt a diagnostic without asking me. Then refused to do the requested work and was telling me to replace the transmission. It doesn't need a transmission. I am a mechanic and have already done my own diagnostic. It needs a filter/fluid change. The vehicle sat for 8 months without being driven and the filter is clogged. Horrible service and a total lack of vehicle mechanics.

The gentleman who helped me was Casey who was very friendly and professional. He did show me that the cabin filter needed to be replaced, but they didn’t have the part so that would be the only thing that would’ve made this visit nicer. Oh, and a snack vending machine. He did tell me exactly what to ask for at the auto parts store. They finished everything in a timely manner and the little waiting room was comfortable with Wi-Fi, water cooler & coffee — plus the TV was on a channel which was instrumental only… a gift for my ADHD ears.😄 I am so grateful you mailed out those coupons and I will definitely recommend Service Street to my friends. Had a light out on my Suburban and Trevor took care of me. One of the BEST customer service experiences I've had in a long time! I was very impressed with him, the mechanics and this shop! They are lucky to have him as an employee. This is where I will be taking my car for now on. Thanks Trevor for renewing my hope that there's good car shops exist. :-)

Love this dealership and never will go anywhere else! Jake has taken care of me every time I've came in. He even called me to check on my vehicle while I was at home! Best customer service and the most bang for your buck! No other repair place will take care of you like they have! I highly recommend this place.

Great experience so far. Picked my car up today and running amazing. They explained the work that needed to be done and upfront on the price. Some places my be a few dollars less but this is well worth it. Great service worth the money for sure. Peace of mind.
