Wouldn't know if the work here is good or not. They were quoting me twice the amount i was quoted elsewhere and failed to tell me if their "free" diagnostic took getting into the engine I'd have to pay a $180 fee. waited 40 minutes for them without any warning about said fee and ended up having to pay it. They didnt even ask me if it was okay, and went on with it. That doesn't seem alright to me but I do feel sorry for all the women rating 5 star reviews who have been scammed into thinking theyre paying a reasonable price.

Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Trail Boss Thank you, Store Manager Brandon for helping me with a continuing issue from a different repair facility. From the time I walked in the door, you addressed my concerns promptly. Your tech was very knowledgeable which immediately diagnosed my vehicles issue and fixed the problem. The facility looked liked a well oiled machine. It was clean and presentable with complimentary soft drinks. I didn’t realise Car Fix had several locations in this region. I will most definitely recommend my family and friends to the Western Ave location. I will surely bring my vehicle back. Especially the fact they may have available loaner vehicles. Thanks again.

Felt wonderfully taken care of and felt like I had a fair price! They offered Uber services while I left my car, were flexible with pick up, and checked in after I got my car back! Very kind staff. Highly recommend.

Car Fix was a life saver!! Brandon and Brandon were amazing and not only saved the day, but our whole trip. Our wheel bearing went on our drive from up north to Florida and they fixed it on a Friday afternoon at 4:30pm. Absolutely unheard of customer service in this day and age!! Bravo and thanks!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Car Fix when I had a tire blow out. The staff was very friendly and courteous, the service was top notch and the facility was very nice. The cost for 2 tires was much lower then I expected and the tire replacement was quick. Thank you for making me feel like a customer and not a number!

I will for sure use this shop in the future due to the kindness I was shown today after (irresponsibly and apologetically) running out of gas in the middle of Western Ave. They walked down to help and I couldn’t be more grateful. Their character is amazing!

Came in a few weeks ago to check and see if the shocks on my 2013 Toyota RAV were messed up. I kept hearing a rattle noise in the back. I walked in while all the guys were cleaning and they immediately went to help me. They took my car and said that everything looks great, then drove it around. They didn't hear anything on the first test drive so they drove me around the parking lot to see if I could hear it. Well by George we heard the noise, then they immediately took it back inside the shop to check. Well, come to find out it was one of my towing bars in the back underneath my spare rolling around. We all had a laugh and they never once made me feel like an idiot, or that my concern was inadequate. Very professional, quick but attention to detail and kind! This was my first visit to their shop and I can happily say it won't be my last! After-all, I have a new Honda Odyssey that'll need routine maintenance ;)

I wouldn’t even give this place one star just got my wife’s car back and still had oil in the coolant, making a weird sound from the engine car came back worse than it did going in the shop

We needed an oil feed line installed for turbo charger on our Nissan Juke. The people at Car Fix were very friendly and told me they could fix it the same day. I was told one of the mechanics had to modified one of his tools in order to remove a bolt. No extra charge. They went above and beyond. I will definitely use them in the future.

Work was good.....front office likes to do the old rope -a dope technique though....you ask for one thing ,agree to a price, then they will decide to add on a whole bunch other parts and labor, triple the price in an attempt that you will just except and pay the higher price then act ignorant when you ask who told you to do that and, why wouldn't you ask before you put parts on. The answer....."we can put the old parts back on".

Great experience. I travel a ton for work and found myself stuck in knoxville thursday afternoon. Car Fix was able to get my parts ordered and got me in after work friday afternoon without an appointment. They worked very well with my work schedule and finished in a timely manner. Also they gave me a duck for my jeep, hands down most confident ive ever felt driving home after leaving a repair shop before.

Had to have an emergency tire patch on my way to the golf course. The folks at car fix had it done in under an hour, despite the large crowd that was also there. 10/10 would go again.

I was at UT hospital due to my father having a medical emergency. I got a nail in my tire from the parking structure. Still waiting to see what's going on with my father. I googled tire repair near me and they pooped up. So I am rushing to get there so I can get back too UT. Got there, they took my car right in. Took them about 15 minutes to fix the tire. Went to pay......He said ...."No charge.....You've been though enough today. That was so nice of them. That shows there are still good people in this world. Thank You Mr. Boyd

I went to car fix after Firestone told me there was no availability to patch my tire. Car fix had my tire patched in 30 minutes for free with no appointment. Right on!

Their commitment to customers is top notch. They went above and beyond to help me resolve an issues with my vehicle. They were even willing to communicate with my dealership to help me get a warranty reimbursement. Every staff member I met was kind. Especially Johnny. I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop!

We had a flat tire on our travel trailer on the way back from GSM. We called around to see where we could get it fixed. The manager offered for us to head right over and they’d get us back on the road. We headed over. The manager helped us immediately and were back on the road in no time. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. If you need tires or other auto repair, check them out. They were awesome.
