WISH I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I have a BMW 335D I took here to find a boost leak. I was in a bind on time since I’m only in Bristol every now and then. I am having to borrow a car while this issue is fixed. And I made it clear to them I needed the car back sooner than later because it’s my only way of transportation. Carmart said they could look at it same day and point me in the right direction on what was wrong. I was clearly told by the front office girl that diagnostic is $102.50 AND WOULD GO TOWARDS THE REPAIR COST. I agreed to this reluctantly because I had my doubts the shop would be able to accommodate for a euro car. Bill (the owner) looked at it with me and seemed knowledgeable on the diesel BMWs as he “had one too” supposedly. He acted like they would have it in shop the same day. I asked him to give me a quote on a window regulator also because I 100% knew it needed one. He charged me $50 diagnostic and didn’t change it out. A week later I called and they still didn’t know what was going on with the boost leak. Or so I thought. So I came back to talk in person with Bill about it. Not sure if it had been in the shop longer than a hour. They cleaned the engine then drove it and told me it was spraying oil on the engine below the intake manifold. The boost “leak” ended up being a $9 EGR line that had blown off. So this $9 part HAD FIXED THE ISSUE the FIRST TIME looking at it and they never told me. They kept diagnosing an oil leak the car had (WHICH I DID NOT BRING THE CAR IN FOR). While acting like the car was NOT FIXED and having the same boost leak I brought it in for. Every time I called to check on the car the receptionist said “they’re still looking at it diagnosing it” I had to have called 10 times at least in the time they had it and they didn’t even try to reach out and keep me in the loop. My mom started calling to check in on it too since she lives close to the shop. Bill later said she authorized him to do further work on the car which is illegal and false because the vehicle is in my name and she never told him to do anything. She called to check on progress. He kept saying he needed to bring it back in the shop and it wouldn’t be but another hour looking at it before he knew what it was for certain. I figured this would have been covered in the diagnostic cost because HE STILL DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG. THEY CHARGED ME FOR NOTHING. He still doesn’t know what’s causing the oil leak by the way. Which is insane considering the amount I had to pay for this awful attitude from his receptionist and very long downtime. Bill seemed like a good guy but I can’t help but to feel taken advantage of pretty majorly in this situation. HOWEVER when I calmly and respectfully confronted him in person about the upcharge from what I expected maybe even $200 since he had replaced a part. It went from 0-100 in a matter of SECONDS when I was asking why it was $442.83. His demeanor changed completely and he said WHERE WE STAND IS YOU OWE $442.83. I was trying to figure out where a $102.50 diagnostic and a $9 part- plus shop labor went to $442.83. My fiancé was there also and he said he knew from the start I didn’t want to pay and that my fiancé was “b*tch*ng about it” she only had said one thing. He insulted us said he never should have taken my car in. I told him I’d be leaving a review for his awful derogatory comments and he told us to GET OUT- SLAMMED THE DOOR AND SAID THAT HE WOULD CHARGE $50 LOT FEE A DAY EVERY DAY UNTIL I PICKED UP. I left and headed to the bank. HE CALLED ME 2 minutes after I left only to insult me further over the phone saying he got the vibe from the start about me and shouldn’t have taken the car. I paid him and got the car because I needed it but I am still in disbelief of the inappropriate/ unprofessional treatment from CARMART COLLISION.

“Quote” was quadrupled for a “diagnosis” that was never made clear. I was cussed at, my fiancé was cussed at (by the owner), and the door was slammed in our faces. The unprofessionalism is unreal.

After leaving my review about my missing glasses, the owner reached out to me and is trying his best to figure out what happened and rectify the situation. That speaks volumes of his character and means a whole lot to me. Bill seems very honest and caring of his clients.

Guys seemed like decent fellas but got a used tire first time it was 25 bucks.So I had to get another one so o course I use them now the charge is 35 bucks..Month or 2 pass and yes I've had tire problems out the butt..So 3rd trip this dude tells me 45 dollars plus 3 disposal fee.48 bucks for a used tire that once was 25 bucks 3 months prior is insane.I haven't taken my business back again.Please tell me why it increased 20 bucks in a 3 month period?I must have missed that rubber shortage they announced or something.Add to that as I sat and watched they tend to choose the cars that will make them the most money.I personally had to assist an elderly couple look for a used tire because they didn't even notice them due to the jaguar that was just brought in.Just rem all customers are important no matter if they need a spark plug or an engine overhaul..He sure ain't no Bill or Adam ill say that much

You could never ever tell our car had been wrecked! And this is not the first vehicle I've had to these people they have consistently proven themselves to be the best over the last 20 plus years that I've been going to them! And they're cleaning crew that cleans up their cars after they're finished repairing them is magnificent!
