The only place I take to work on my car. I’m very skeptical of mechanics and auto shops, so I used to get multiple quotes and do lots of research before allowing anyone to work on my car. I trust Will and his team wholeheartedly, I drop my car off and ask him to fix it, and he does! Never overcharges me and always fixes everything. My car has lots of engine issues and needs work consistently The team is so nice and helpful. Recommend them so highly

You know how we all struggle to find an honest and good mechanic? Well, here he is! Will and his staff are the best. Took a gamble based off of his reviews, had him look into my AC that had not been working. He was extremely thorough and gave me options on how to handle this. He could had just said, yup, going to be $1500....but he was honest about the prognosis and we went a different route. 2 weeks later, I'm literally leaving for a 4hr drive and my car is shaking, didn't think I'd be able to leave. Showed up at 8am at his shop and he was able to get my car easily fixed for less than $200. I was able to get to and from Bandera at peace knowing my car was taken care of. Will is your guy. No need to look elsewhere!!!

I have known the owner of car pros, will, for abt 8 years. He has taken care of all my cars including family and extended family. Will doesn’t pretend to know everything and that’s what makes him an excellent mechanic, he’s honest! there will be no price gauging, no up charging, no hidden fees. I will not, would not, ever take my car to anyone else ever. I suggest you take my advice, you will not be disappointed.

All mechanics may or may not have the same set of expertise or skills, but it’s hard to find an honest one. Just be transparent with all your concerns about your vehicle, and Car Pros of Mr. Will ( or vise versa) will help you and give you an honest advice. Of course, he’d still leave it up to you to decide how you want to go forward with your concerns. It was a blessing that he was recommended to our family by a church friend.

I trust no one else with my car ('07 Mercedes E-Class). I've been working with "Will" for over 10 years. He hasn't disappointed, truly understands my car and works with reasonable pricing.

Horrible service nice people but horrible service. We took my mom’s dodge journey to the guy to see why the car wouldn’t start. We thought it was the Cadillac converter but he told us that nothing was wrong with the Cadillac converter just to back door and ask for another almost $1000 dollars to fix The Cadillac converter. The car was in the shop for about 2 weeks and by the time we got it back the air conditioning wasn’t working and the check engine light is still on in total we paid about $3000 to get the car fixed, just for us to get the car back and it still feels like it did before it went in and still needs to be fixed, there’s still shaking in the car as we drive. I’m sorry but y’all have to do better if y’all want that much money fixing cars, we will not go back there again.

I will now and forever bring my vehicles here and only recommend this mechanic to all my friends and family. You cannot find a mechanic this day and age that is as honest as Will. If anyone is looking for an honest and great mechanic to have permanently. I couldn't recommend anyone nor honest and knowledgeable.

I had my car looked at here and it was a mess. They tried very hard to be kind and helpful, but honestly I've never had a worse experience. They kept my car for a week after telling me it would be one day. Once they knew they couldn't fix it I wanted to take it to another shop. I called for several days in a row and did not get a call back. When we did get the car back it wouldn't turn on and smelled like gas. We thought the car was trash so we sold it for parts. When they guy came to pick up the "trashed" car, we found what the problems were. The guy here had broken the hood release, ledmft the fule line disconnected, and we found a can of break cleaner in near the engine. I have pictures to prove this. When I called to speak to the mechanic here, boy was I shocked to hear he'd call me back. He has not. This is crazy.

I have never had an untimely diagnostic and the prices are reasonable. I've had different things done here that couldn't be done for a good price elsewhere.

If I could kiss Will, I would! In preparation for selling one of my cars, I asked Will to take a look at it and make any repairs necessary to maintain a good value. Where other places would have stiffed me with unnecessary repairs, Will fixed some minor issues and kept it to a minimum. He's honest and upfront about any repairs and actively takes your budget into account when looking for solutions to an issue. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you, Will, for all of the help!

Took my car here because it was running hot. I Had a water pump and timing belt changed. It was said that I had a flush also but there was no thermostat in the car when it was returned. Upon asking about it, I was told that it didn’t go with the process of the car running hot. I was originally quoted nine hundred dollars to do the job. Upon completion of the work my total was fifteen hundred dollars. The car still run hot and also has oil residue that’s still visible today.

Will is a great, personable guy. Most importantly, he's honest. He gives free estimates, and on more than one occasion he could have lied and told me it was something more expensive. When our A/C compressor went out, he even threw the freon in for no charge. Great service.
