Charged $1000 to replace one front wheel bearing. The other side was done a week later at another repair company for $500. This company told me it cost more because 4x4 is more difficult. This is not true. Labor almost $400 for one hour of work. Grade is based on unfair price. Quality of work was ok.

When I called to schedule an appointment, Sean was very helpful and informative. He answered all of my questions and was able to schedule me on the day and time I needed. When I arrived for my appointment, the other salesman that helped me wasn’t as helpful and actually gave me contradicting information. We were able to sort through the miscommunication and get my vehicle fixed for the quoted price and in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you Sean for being great!

You did a good a great job on the 2012 Nissan there's no more noise coming from the tailpipe and the lights look great after you clean them all up you did a very good job on the car we really appreciate it thank you

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Car Pros Muffler Masters. Running out of time before I took a scheduled trip and needed some maintenance done on my 2007 Ram. They were willing to accommodate me same day which I know is not always possible for vehicle service. They were half the price of every other independent shop I called. They have definitely earned future business from our family. Thank you and keep up the great work!

After two years of being in Colorado Springs we finally found a service center that we can truly say, honest, knowledgeable and truly professional at what they do. Great group of people. Starr set me up with a quality set of tires, and was honest with me on size and availability. Price was great on the tires, I had them do an alignment and the truck is still driving true 2 weeks later! I highly recommend Kevin and his team at Car Pro Muffler Max! Polite, professional, and knowledgeable all the way around!

Brought son's 1st car (he mowed lawns, raked leaves, pulled weeds, and shovelled snow) in to have a muffler installed that we bought online. Sean got us in the next day, had it completed the following day, and my son is thrilled how his new to him 2004 (98,000 miles) car looks and sounds. I drove it home & noticed it pulling to the left so I reached out To Sean. He assured us if anything happened in the shop they'd take care of it no problem. Well, my son checked the left side tire pressure & it was low. This businesses ability to get the car in, completed very quickly, and offer to solve a problem that wasn't theirs has made me a customer for life. Thank you to all of the employees at Car Pros Muffler Masters for helping my son's dream car get to how he wants it (he's paying for everything too)!

I was ready to give up on my son’s Chevy Cruze. It just seemed like problem after problem. After speaking with Sean at Car Pros, I decided to bring it in and see what they thought. They were very thorough and helped to figure out what was wrong with the car. It is running well and I am so grateful and thankful that they took such good care of us, highly recommend.

Their work is a damn great that is for the two stars the best is because of their employee! We have been on a constant repair schedule with them and we have always paid in full before we started the next bit of work this recent bit I have never felt more uncomfortable than ever the day before I was sent home after having a hysterectomy and have to walk a mile to get the car and because the associate didn't know how to function on the computer I had to walk back home when I came back to collect the vehicle a week later because of my medical issues because of btheir error my brother asked for time to come get they said when someone was free and after 3 hours I walked there... Then after what I've been through and Sean stated at least it was good exercise. 18 hours after a hysterectomy and telling me it what's good exercise shows that they are very cold very impersonal they disgust me I know to most it might be Petty but for them to be cold and callous means my business is nothing... But for the young hispanic man in which I was left alone with for an hour not figuring out the problem not working with me to fix it and looking like a deer stuck in headlights with every question I asked so he zones in on his phone but you don't work on cars you don't work on the computers in the waiting room you sit there playing on your phone it will never feel right after that encounter all the best for whatever business May come away but when you can appreciate women as your customer the maybe you'll be a half piece of a human

Car Pros was recommended by a friend, and we couldn't be happier. They got our car in very promptly, called us to report the diagnosis, and recommended a solution that was far more affordable than what the local dealership recommended. Sean at Car Muffler Pros took the absolute best care of our little family! This team got us in quickly to work on our beloved Motorhome. They ran a thorough and speedy diagnostics for a great price, photo documented everything we needed to see, wrote up estimates and gave us great recommendations for future work needed, and most importantly, they treated us like family! We will be going back to them every time! :)
