I love Car-Doc. It's a place that I trust for my car. I would like to see the TV removed from the waiting room and music be played instead. People look at their phones or work in their laptops when they wait.

Car repairs are expensive and a bother, so you want to use someone who is trustworthy and solves the problem correctly. I have been going to Car-Doc for several years now and they have always done a great job. They are friendly and take the time to describe to you in detail what needs to be corrected and how they will do it. And, they get it right the first time, in my experience. It has been a pleasant experience dealing with them and I have used a lot of repair shops in my life time.

A few years ago, I had a problem with my car. The dealer couldn't fix it, there really good shop I used for years couldn't figure it out. Car Doc took the poor thing in and fixed it--the rest is history. These are dedicated, honest and straightforward people, and as long as I have a motor vehicle, they will have a client.

Not a helpful mechanic what so ever. Called asking for a suggestion he does work on my vehicle said he wouldn’t do the work had no recommendations. If it’s not something he can bleed you out on he’s not interested. Be cautious

tl;dr: Driving 30 minutes to Car-Doc, only to be told my car couldn't be checked because the technician called in sick. I was not notified beforehand and found the staff unhelpful and unprofessional. Long version: I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at the store. I drove 30 minutes to Car-Doc and took time off work, only to be told, “Oh, Brian called in sick today, so we can’t check your car.” My appointment was at 10:00 a.m., and the store opened at 7:30 a.m. Whoever is responsible for Brian’s schedule had TWO AND A HALF hours to call me, send an email, or leave a voicemail. I don’t know how many appointments they had for Brian, but even if there were twenty customers, it shouldn’t take more than TWO hours. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a lady (I believe her name is Debby). She just said, “Oh, Brian called in sick today, so we can’t check your car,” and stared at me, unapologetically, as if I were an idiot. She didn’t even offer to reschedule until I asked. When I asked, she simply said, “Oh, Jon is responsible for Brian’s schedule, so I can’t do it.” as if nothing was her business. When I asked to speak to Jon, she said, “Jon is on the phone right now; he could call you back later.” I thought he probably wouldn’t be on a call for long, so I decided to wait. I waited for almost 30 minutes, and no one came to check in. The whole experience was just simply: disrespectful, unapologetic, and unprofessional.

I had been taking my Lexus IS250 to the dealer but after several misquotes / "fine print additions" and a constant array of attempts to upsell me...I called Car Doc. Mark was great...we set the appointment...the service was done promptly and professionally. Several service recommendations (NOT PUSHY YOU GOTTA' DO THIS) were made and we will handle these as time requires. Great staff...great cookies...and the satisfied feeling brings a Yuuuugggge smile to my face. Thank you, Car Doc.

Would not recommend this place!! Took Chevy silverado here cause Josh said they could replace fuel lines. Josh calls next day saying I need to take it to a restoration shop, and they don't make fuel lines for 2003 Chevy silverado anymore. Dorman had fuel lines on my front porch next day. Car Doc Automotive loss on my business. Had them on myself in 2 hours. No telling how many people they do this to. Take ur car to a trust worthy shop people.

I won't use this place again. I went in for a diagnostic test because I was smelling burnt coolant from my car. I explained what my issues were and they proceeded to suggest other services that had NOTHING to do with the issue I was presenting. I didn't bring my car in for you to push extra services of almost $800.00 in addition of what was wrong. Poor customer service on your part.

Jon, Brian, Debbie and the rest of the Car-Doc crew have always taken amazing care of all of my vehicles. On top of that, they have provided me with top notch customer service for years. When I call them on the phone, or when I show up in person they treat me like family. They have never pushed services on me that my vehicles have not needed, and have shot it to my straight when things were bad, and needed to be fixed. This type of trust, and honest relationship is not found at every car shop. I am lucky to have found Car-Doc, and highly recommend them to everyone that I meet who is looking for a place to have their cars serviced.

used to be trustworthy reliable, not sure what happened. Brought a vehicle into them for state inspection, I already knew about one issue which Id have had them fix, however...they failed for something else entirely..WHICH isnt EVEN REQUIRED..according to state law, 10 year old vehicle with less than 100k on it isnt subject to safety...that being said, i had the 'issue' they claim was wrong with it checked by another ASE mechanic, who immediately asked my who told me these were bad because they'd been replaced within the previous year and parts dont wear out that fast. Bottom line, they wanted to sell me 3k worth of repairs my vehicle didnt even need. Used to trust them but I wont be back.
