This was my first time taking my car into any auto shop in college station and it was great. As someone who doesn’t know anything about cars, the problem was explained very well with a good price compared to the other auto shops in town. Bryan have an exact estimate and was very understanding and patient, which is also the vibe I got over the phone so all around awesome customer service!

One star is too generous and the only option. After CarDoc collected $1500 from our college student for a repair to his truck, my son did not even get out of their parking lot when a VERY loud clicking sound began and went on perpetually without stop. This clicking was absolutely non-existent when he turned the vehicle into them prior to their repair. More importantly, never did they mention a single word of this new clicking development, when they took his money at checkout and sent him on his way. We immediately contacted them within minutes, and the “manager (?)” was arrogant and unapologetic, defiantly stating it was an unrelated issue to their repair. Subsequently, in the below freezing temperatures the following day, the heater has stopped working as well. This establishment has yet to step up and right their egregious wrong. Do NOT send your Aggie student here!

I do a lot of work myself on my cars, so I have a pretty good idea of when mechanics are lying to me. CarDoc has always been honest with me and never upsold me. They did the same for my ex-wife who doesn't know much about cars. CarDoc is the mechanic I recommend in BCS.

Super happy with the service. Took my Honda civic in and the staff was quick and friendly. The service was fairly priced and everything was clearly communicated. Very trustworthy and not pushy to upsell you at all. Highly recommend!

This place is great, because these people are great. They know what they are doing. They helped my son with two different cars during his time at TAMU. Then, the day after graduation, a Saturday, they helped us with a brake issue of our own. We would have been unable to drive home without their help. If you are sending your sons or daughters to TAMU make sure they have CarDoc in their phone. Affordable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately 😞 I have to give a low rating because the only reason I used them was because I know the owner. So they had my son's car for a month and they said they could not reenact what I describe what's happening. But the day we picked it up it did exactly what I told them it was doing. We even have a video!

CarDoc sold me TWO batteries for my car and installed it themselves. However, both batteries failed within the year. Do not buy parts from here!!!!!

My daughters 2011 Toyota Tundra had a check engine light come on and after being at the Toyota dealership which gave us an estimate of repair, I reached out to them to get another estimate. The estimate was almost half what Toyota had quoted. CarDoc allowed us to schedule the work with them as the Truck was drivable so it was in and out in one day, which saved her a lot of hassle due to her busy schedule at A&M Vet School. Thanks to Tyler, Helen, and Haley for all your help.

Outstanding place with friendly, informative techs and employees. I had a major suspension repair on my mini-SUV and they were very clear with all the pricing elements, and were flexible in letting me know what was absolutely necessary and what was more "recommended." After the repair, I had the car for a week before I drove over 70mph and noticed a slight pull, I took it back and they fixed it right up for no extra charge. They even finished the major repair 2 days earlier than they first estimated, despite having to order many parts. Highly recommend!

Honest, fairly priced and quality service. Brian was an excellent customer service provider and helped along every step of the repair process. My only complaint is that repair time was slightly longer than expected, but other than that, expect excellent service!

I was addressed quickly walking in the door. The two individuals at the desk were very polite and explained what they were going to do, they were brief but explained. I recommend them highly, been using CarDoc for 19 years.

Techs were able to diagnose the problem with my truck, people in the office were nice and made sure to touch base often and describe the issues they’ve noticed. Labor prices were ridonkulous so I ended up doing the repair myself but other than that had a good experience.
