Update to my previous posts, Care 4 Cars, Inc. has continued its level of performance in repairing and replacing my brakes and engine tune-up quickly and thoroughly. In all the past 20 years that my family and I have had our cars serviced there, we've never had to go back for a bad job. Their work is backed up if we go on a trip and have problems, so we can travel confidently and comfortably assured of continuing care from home. Absolutely recommended.

I had a great experience at this mechanic shop. Pam was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident in the work being done. The shop is well-run, efficient, and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

We've been coming to Care For cars for over 20 years. They are always honest, will tell you if it is worth it to fix the problem, and get the work done quickly and communicate very well. This time we got new tires, and they replaced the battery in a very old car that we have been nursing along for years. Highly recommend them. Pam is very easy to talk to, and she will tell you Honestly what needs to be done.

3 shops told me my repair would render my car inoperable. These guys made the fix in a day. This is the difference between an auto shop and a real mechanic kids. I can't express how happy I am with the service and the price. 10 stars.

I’ve been waiting a little while to write this review because I like to give repairs time to prove that they are truly repaired. Care for cars is an excellent place to come for your car needs. Pam makes takes her time to listen to your concerns and to explain their findings. Great communication, prices are reasonable, honest work, and they are efficient with most of my repairs being done the same day. They will be my go-to repair shop for the foreseeable future.

Can’t say enough good things! Pam was a pleasure to work with and everything went so smoothly. After a blown tire on 95 at 7 months pregnant I was pretty shook up but Pam helped ease the situation while making sure the prices stayed fair. They communicated with my insurance company easily and had my car back to me within a week. I highly Recommend, 10 out of 10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is my second time at this shop and they are extremely efficient, fast, and courteous. Although they don't do inspections, the tech pointed out some light bulbs that were out on my car that would surely make me fail inspection somewhere else. They also fixed a light socket and engine issue in the same day. What a great local business....I recommend!

I will never go anywhere else. After going to the dealership for a free oil change and tire rotation. I was told I needed $1000 more of work done. I told them no and went to Care 4 Cars. They were honest and explained everything to me. I didn't need brakes and they redid the tire rotation that was not done right. Care 4 Cars is where I will be going from now on.

This was the best experience I have had dealing with my car!!!! They honestly care and took my car right in to fix the problem!!!! The customer service was excellent! I don’t know if I can say names here or not but the young lady that took care of me is a doll!!!! We shared personal information and she made me feel like we had known each other outside of the shop!!!!! She is a blessing and Care 4 Cars is a blessing!!! I will NEVER go back to a dealership again for any work!!!!

This is my first time I had service done on this car at Care 4 Cars, Inc. They were knowledgeable and the service was performed on the next day quickly and efficiently. The repair price was always fair and affordable. They have a customer for life.

Good, honest shop. Took my car in for a check engine light, and they didn't try to up-sell me or put in parts they weren't sure would work. I appreciate the honesty. Nice to find folks that aren't trying to just make as much money as they can off of you. I'd definitely consider coming here again if I have another issue.

Ms. Pam is a real JEWEL! She's very personable, professional, well-educated on your car needs, helpful, and honest. And the mechanic unfortunately I didn't get his name but he was real professional and detailed and the customer service is second to none. I will be a future customer. Care 4 Cars has always been my go to. In the past, my truck glided into the parking lot when something was wrong. Not once, but twice. I guess my girl knew who she wanted to fix her. My recent experience was extremely exceptional. The staff is always responsive and helpful. Their prices have been fair and honest. I highly recommend them. Second recommendation. My husband's car broke down when my truck was being serviced! Pam took us in right away. I was amazed at the service for a Mercedes. They have all the technology that our community needs. Don't go to the dealership. They will charge you 4x the amount! Thanks to our local mechanic! Ps, I had it towed 23 miles just to get to them!

Had a great experience at Care 4 Cars! They took me in last minute before closing and fixed my thermostat issue quickly. Unlike other places, they didn't add extra charges to my quote, and even charged me less than expected. Super impressed with their honesty and fast service. Definitely my go-to mechanic from now on! Highly recommend!

This car shop has always given the best service I can get. One of the honest places where if they tell me something is wrong with my car I don't even second guess them. Always courteous and always professional. I always knew I can rely on them on being honest with and I know they will never ripped me off. I've been through a lot of places for my vehicle and unfortunately I've been treated like nuisance when I get to their counter (especially the dealership where I got our car) they made me feel unwanted. But not with care 4 cars. They always made me feel welcome and not treat me with contempt. If there's something I don't understand with my car They try their hardest to explain to me what needs to be done. They've even offered me ride to my home since I'm dropping my car there. Just the customer service alone is enough for me to come back and do business with them. But add their mechanic's skills and expertise? Such a nice combination of work and integrity without looking down on you because you are not mechanically inclined. I'll always use their service, doesn't matter even if I have to wait (usually I don't need to anyway). God bless your business. And thank you always for a perfect service! 7/5 stars!
