Hi everyone if you ever need any type of A/C service be sure you go or contact Troy at Carlisle Air. I have been dealing with them since the 80's. They have always treated me well and are very knowledgeable of anything dealing with your car or truck A/C. They have fixed many of my vehicles and always backed up there warranty and work. They may not be the cheapest in town but I would not go anywhere else but them. Today they fixed another one of my vehicles and again awsome work and the turnaround was quick less than 2 days. Thanks to Troy and the Carlisle family for another job well done..........

I took in a very bad evaporator core that is no longer being produced. Theses guys painstakingly took the time to make it right. Thanx for the awesome service, keep up the good work.

I brought my car to Carlisle Air Automotive on New Laredo Hwy for my vehicle service based on their outstanding reviews, and I’m thrilled to say they exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional, making me feel valued as a customer. The quality of the work done on my car was exceptional. My 08’ Mustang A/C was not cooling and also needed to have radiator replaced. I can tell they used high-quality parts, and the attention to detail was impressive. Troy explained to me was needed to be replaced and the reason why A/C was not working properly. I highly recommend Carlisle Air Automotive to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality auto service. We brought our 2016 Toyota Corolla to check why the a/c fan won't turn on sometimes. They fixed the problem and it was covered by the warranty. I have taken my vehicles several times to Carlisle in the past years, and I have been very satisfied with their services, they are very affordable and very fast in fixing the problem. They are very honest and their staff is very friendly. I dealt with Troy and he was great. I highly recommend them.

I needed my horn fixed quickly and the staff took care of me and my car with such great care! I was able to drop off and pickup the same day. I truly appreciate their promptness since my grandson has to take his driving test tomorrow. This is my third time bringing my car here to have fixed and I always appreciate the professional attitude from the staff. The place is very clean, too. Thank you Carlisle Air Automotive.

When I took my car in my AC was making a loud humming noise and would shut off after a few seconds. I just picked it up and I’m driving with my car on the lowest setting and it’s cold. Thank you for great and expeditious service.

If I could I would give a 0 star I took my truck paid 1300 and have been taking it back twice, they keep telling me everything looks good so I take it home park it I’ll drive it next day and ac breaks down again and now it doesn’t even blow nothing

My 2005 Corolla’s a/c system wasn’t performing up to its full potential and I knew it had a leak somewhere. I have a $30 recharge kit and would put about a half can of refrigerant to get it to blow cold air, but that wouldn’t last. Now, I have a mechanic that is very reliable but he works mostly alone because he says it’s hard to find good help and I understand what he means. Getting in to have your car worked in by him is easy, but because he takes his time to get it right, you have to have a backup car, which I do. I would rather take my car to him for mechanical issues and not just the a/c system. I mean, A general mechanic can work on it but people that know their way around the system are specialized techs. I mean it’s what they do! That’s why I am thankful I brought my car here. I chose to bring it to Carlisle as I’ve heard great things and although I trust my mechanic, I know that a vehicle’s a/c system IS a specialty. You may be thinking but your car is almost 20 years old. Why bother? Sure it’s an older car but I’ve had it for a long time, it’s reliable and paid for and in this Texas heat, you need reliable air conditioning. The techs here diagnosed my car and found the leak in the evaporator. They replaced the necessary parts and serviced the system, checked for leaks and noted other items of concerned with a multipoint inspection! Now my car is frosty cold like a brand new system plus it has a five year warranty! Thanks to the people here at Carlisle on New Laredo Hwy!
