I have been going here for a few years now ...before id usually go to fire stone pep boys or midas ...I started coming here about 4 or 5 years ago....I would definitely recommend switching here like I did ...5 stars they are nice friendly and do a great job and fair ...plus they do so much more than just tires

What a great experience! On Friday 11/1, really late in the afternoon I just happened to catch a flat in the same parking lot as this place. I called ahead to see if I could be serviced as it was near closing time. They said come on in! I drove right over and they took me right away. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable! My young daughter asked a thousand questions and they were just so understanding and friendly. We were in and out very quickly and was given a recommendation for the next service I need on my car. All in all, I'd absolutely return for that next service. I'll see y'all soon and so should everyone else 😀❤️

Great place for tires or a repair. Great staff friendly and quick service. I would recommend them if your near Red Lion and Bustleton in the back behind the Mcdonalds

Very good place with the tire change your oil too They are like not the dealer they’re better than the dealer. They do faster than everything. Very good service.

Не советую. Ужасный сервис. Приехал на инспекшн, начинают тебе говорить что тебе надо пол машины поменять т.к. пробег уже 50т.

Deeply disappointed with Carlos tires. I used to bring my car in about 2 years ago and it was excellent service. When I got a new car I brought it in and they are not the same. They didn't repair a few things that I had to bring it back in for. It took them all day to repair their mistake. Never going back. They used to be good 3 years ago but now they are not. They lost another customer.

They are very nice and not out to rip you off. One example was when they fixed my key for a few dollars after the dealership told me it would cost $50 a key. I use them all the time.

They initially gave me a price of $650 for parts and labor. He said the part is expensive but the job is about $125. I asked what if i get the part myself and he said well itll only be about $125. I said ok I’ll get the part and come in. He said call before you come. I called today to have the job done and confirm the price. A woman said he forgot what he quoted me but he would get back to me. He calls back now saying the price is $250 for the labor trying to get over on me, then asking me “ if you already knew the price why are you asking again “ my question is, if you gave me one price this day why go up the next? An honest company would never!! These people are get overs and if you have a nice car they will over charge you! Then he refused to do the job because he got caught trying to scam me!

Great spot! Called in to get a rough time of how long my tire service would take and spoke with Alex who provided me with an estimated time frame. Clean shop with great team and exceptional service. They’re great with checking in on their customers letting them know how their vehicle is doing. 10/10 recommend

Tires? Maybe. Other kind of repairs? Never ever! They don’t own their mistakes. So pathetic. I had to pay twice for “repairs” + damages they caused at the other shop. Think twice before even calling them.
