I’m not sure how this guy (in red shirt) gets any good reviews. I went there to get an estimate for my car and he kept saying oil change for a smart car is $150. I said: I have 40k mile on the car, I need a major service. Can you give me an estimate? He said no, I don’t have time. Come back some other time. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I WOULDN'T TRUST THIS GUY. This was a $8-900 job he just tuned down. He’s charlatan is he charges $150 for oil change on a smart car. Even one star is too much for him.

What a really uniquely excellent mechanic. Carotech’s Gary diagnosed my 2020 Volvo XC40 which had a few problems including an oil leak, brake issues and a battery issue. He checked the entire vehicle, kept me in the loop, and the price was fair. The process of going to a mechanic can be very unsettling and this place and its owners get a 10/10 for repairs, service and overall care for the customer.

Gary and team were exceptional! After thinking that the damage to the right front tire of my 2010 Subaru was beyond repair, I took it to Carotech and they were able to assess the damage (+ photos/explanation), provide a reasonable quote, and repair in around two weeks. When I went to pick up my car, I was greeted with a smile and firm handshake. This team does such great work - highly recommend.

Highly recommend. They sent a mechanic around the corner to jump my dead car battery so I wouldn't have to deal with it myself and took care of it in a timely manner and for the price quoted. Thoughtful service, good work, much appreciated! I'll be returning here when I need further work.

Carotech Automotive Car Repair provided me with an Honest quote for my vehicle's car service. Mr. Gary Kasbarian was very professional and explained everything that needed to be repaired. The repair was completed in a timely manner and he & his staff were polite and understanding of my need to have my car back on the road again. They even cleaned all parts under the hood. There were no last minute changes to the original quote with any runaround problems. I will continue to take my car there for any future repairs required. Thanks for the great experience, especially being a female customer. Great car repair service at a reasonable price with an Excellent warranty on the service they provided. I would highly recommend this particular business to anyone who is in need of a truly genuine car repair service.

I had a great experience! Got towed with AAA and had no previous experience with Carotech. No unnecessary explanations needed, since they run a full diagnosis and text/e-mail the results including pictures. Fair prices, transparent workload, and honest opinions without upsales. I even got my car back fully cleaned, including engine bay!!! All thumbs up, can only recoomend.

Gary is the best! I can always trust that he’ll take good care of my Prius. He gets everything done that I ask and he always waits to move forward on bigger repairs until he gets approval on price. They also give you a full report on the inspection they do and if there are repairs they send pictures of your vehicles broken parts as well as videos to educate on why the repairs are important or what part of the car they’re working on. I really appreciate what they do so much!

I needed my front brakes replaced and Gary was quick and responsive when I called. I was able to bring my car in same day. The quality of the work was outstanding and at an affordable price. He was also very understanding and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. Gary and the crew even went the extra mile to clean the interior, exterior, and under the hood - now it looks fresh! I highly recommend Carotech for your auto services, I’ll definitely be returning for future car repairs!

They did me a favor with an emergency fuel pump replacement late last year, before leaving on a long trip. But when I came back I realized they installed it without the gasket which made my garage stink with dangerous gasoline vapor when the car was off. I thought maybe my car had a different problem since they were very nice and reputable. When I was able figure out the missing gasket, I had to basically get the work redone elsewhere. They also chipped my tail light in the shop which I shrugged off since they did help me out in a jam and my car was old. But its disappointing that they didnt tell me about either of these things when I picked up the car.

Having had two Jaguars when Jaguar was a synonym for unreliability and demanded frequent visits to dealerships for servicing and repairs - always too expensive - and further visits to assorted shops which were not always capable , and then having a wonderful Lexus and Mercedes and again being at the mercy of too expensive and sometimes untrustworty dealerships, I finally reached out to AAA for their recommendation for service ansd was fortunate and ultimnately thrilled to be sent to CAROTECH. Gary was straightforward, scrupulously honest about what needed to be done and why, and sent me excellent vosuals to show me exactlty what was going on and what was needed. Ans he delivered brilliantly and was able to save me money by repairing a defective seat motor instead of ordering a costly new one. Having been screwed over too often for too many years just for trying to keepo our cars in safe running shape CAROTCH WAS IN THE MIRACLE CLASS . I recommend Gary and his shop with absolute certainty that they will treat you and your vehicle superbly well, and give you the absolutely best deal possible. Please, quote me .
