I take a classic car to be inspected and the mechanic gets into my car. Then I ask him if I can drive it in. He gets out gives me my keys and tells me he's not going to do it, and tells me to leave. Very poor customer service. He would have had less liability if he let me pull it in. Every place I have gone to lets me pull my car in myself, especially a classic car. I'll never go there again.

Seems like an honest place. I usually do all my own work, but I do bring my cars in for inspections every year, and there is never a long list of things that need to be replaced. I feel like that could be a telltale sign something is shady if every time I bring my cars in for inspection they always find something. So they've earned some trust from me, if I ever needed to get something fixed I couldn't do, I wouldn't hesitate to bring it in to Carpenters

Great service every time! Every time I have come I have left satisfied with the work. I come here for repairs and maintenance. I usually leave my car and Uber to work while it's in the shop.

After sharing my experience with Bret regarding the previous shop I used for a repair, I felt that I was in the right place to get the repair done right. And this repair was done right with Carpenters. The previous shop never took the car for a test drive after charging me $400.00 for front brakes. After I picked up the vehicle I noticed immediately the problem was still there. That shop has seen the last of me.

Carpenters Automotive is a trustworthy place to get your vehicle repaired. Its nice for me because I live in the neighborhood across the street so I can walk to pick up my car. They are quick with estimates, attentive to detail, fair, and stand by their work.

First time at Carpenters and their service was spectacular! I spent the least amount of time that I’ve ever spent at and auto shop for my inspection, and they checked out another issue I had. I received excellent advice on my car and explanation for my issue I was having, which was far more than I received at previous auto shops. The staff are very personable, informative and a pleasure to do business with! I am definitely going back!

My 82-year-old mother took her car to Midas on Chili Avenue this week and they said the repairs would cost $1,100. She did some research and realized what they were saying didn't make sense and brought the car to you. You guys fixed it for $90. I'm very grateful for that. well done!
